Unfortunately, I have to write an unfavorable review. We signed up with Terminix in Niles, MI for an annual program in July. We have a newer home, but have the usual array of spiders, wasps, etc. I'm using round numbers here, but our first charge was $150 for the initial treatment and then we were charged $50 each month thereafter for what I thought would be four annual treatments. Our technician Nick was fantastic. He did a thorough inspection of our home and property and tailored a treatment plan specific to our needs. Not only did he meet our expectations with the appointments we had scheduled but made sure to schedule follow-up appointments until we were feeling 100% sure we had eliminated the issues. I have been using this company for several years and can’t speak highly enough about the quality I receive. They come every 3 months, and I know when it’s time because my spiders/insects/bugs return about one week before my next service is due. My tech, Chad is one of the friendliest, thoughtful and happiest men I’ve met and makes me feel like his favorite client every time.
