I was just treated today so hopefully all is good. They have had to come back a couple times because I still wasn't prepped so I've met a few of the techs and they have all been very understanding and very nice.

What a joke of a company charges a trip fee and don't even do anything

Very friendly, professional, quality and worth the money - reasonably priced. Thorough follow-through. We are renovating a house in Niles and found an unexpected infestation. Phil was there quickly. He was knowledgeable and understanding. He helped recover our house and took care of the problem. He helped us so much! We can work/live there and not be grossed out. In our case, this was a service that we would have preferred to not need, but Phil took care of our problem. I would definitely use him for ongoing pest control services. Good people!
