Shawn was absolutely phenomenal to work with . He was extremely well educated on preventative maintenance and what causes the issues , yet still reasonable in how to approach the problem. Professional , personable , efficient, and cost effective . Could not have been happier .

I had some wall friends that weren’t payin rent, so they had to go. I called Creature Control and just the sight of the van pulling into the driveway sent these creatures elsewhere never to return. These Creature busters are insane, pummeling these furry bastards at a ferocious rate. If it were a video game they’d have advanced to the highest level and secured a high score never to be beaten. I’m not sure but I think i saw one of the employees man handle the deadliest of the varmints with one hand whilst climbing a ladder 3 floors up. I wouldn’t hesitate to call these bruisers for any of your creature needs and don’t needs!

Exactly what it says five star pest control he didn’t hesitate to take his time to search the top to bottom to see if I hit bedbugs anywhere else other than this spot I told him to the price is great. I will recommend him to family and friends if anyone needs help 100%.

I called Creature Control to give me an estimate to eliminate mice activity in our house. Previously in November of 2024, I had hired Orkin to eliminate any possible entrance ways rodents could enter our house or garage. Because our house is older, I was told by Orkin that they wouldn’t go up in our two attics. Yesterday, Shawn with Creature Control, searched our attics and the perimeter of our house inside and out. Shawn gave me an estimate detecting all possible ways that mice could get into our house. Shawn took many pictures showing possible entrance ways for the mice to enter. The pictures also showed what was not done previously by Orkin in 2024. Orkin left large open gaps between their work that was supposed to eliminate all rodent entrance ways. Creature Control, gave me confidence that the rodents would not be a problem anymore as everything is sealed up thoroughly with proper materials. The pictures he took are worth a Thousand Words. Anthony was amazing as was everyone at Creature Control. So incredibly knowledgeable, so friendly, and very empathetic. I cannot recommend highly enough. All creatures were either caught or had a one way ticket out (like the bats). I learned a lot.

After speaking with 3 different companies, I hired Creature Control to help us with a skunk issue, mainly because their receptionist who took the call was SO friendly, patient, informative, and answered all of my questions thoroughly even though my toddler was yelling in the background. They were also fair in their pricing. When their technician arrived, Anthony was super friendly and professional, quick to perform his evaluation of our yard, and took lots of pictures of potential sources of the issue so that we could address them. Although we didn't actually have a burrow in our yard, he did not push us to get a baited trap set up just for the sake of the company making money. He objectively explained the pros and cons and allowed us to come to a decision that we felt good about with patience. He handled our situation with integrity and kindness. Very happy with this company. Anthony was my service tech and he was great. He answered my questions for 15 minutes and educated me about every single thing I needed to know about bats. I even made a mistake amd wasn't home when they came, and I offered them abd insisted to pay them the service or dispatch fee, abd they wouldn't take my money abd said your a valued customer and the service call was free. We had squirrels make their way into our attic right above the main bedroom. The noise was insane and constant. Anthony came over right away and resolved our issue right away. He found their entry, checked the attic, set the trap and set never heard from another squirrel. Anthony was very thorough and professional with explaining everything to us. Hopefully, we won't have any future visits from the squirrels, but if we do; we will definitely call Creature Control.

Anthony removed a dead possum from underneath the catwalk of my deck. He arrived promptly the same day as called. Contacted me prior to arrival and after completion of removal. I didn't even need to be home. Clear explanation of removal procedure and fair pricing. Great work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
