We are currently working with Wildlife X Team of SE Michigan. So far they have been extremely thorough. Our inspector, Jacob, was professional, very knowledgeable, and spent quality time inspecting our home. I knew we had a squirrel in our attic but was unaware of the bats. The crew that came to seal the numerous gaps we had on our roof were friendly and were here a long time. Our inspector provided before and after photos of the work they did. I will update this review when our project is completed. I highly recommend giving them a call if you have critter issues. They are extremely knowledgeable and humane.

The team was very kind and professional from the start. We had our free inspection and was given 3 reasonable payment options depending on what we wanted to accomplish with our pest problem. It was all explained clearly. They notified me when the team was coming and the guys were all professional and polite from arrival to finish. Great team!

We finally wound up with bats in our attic. Wildlife X did a great job getting rid of the bug eaters, cleaned up their mess and fixed the entry way. Very nice work, and very polite.

Had Jacob out today to look into some roof/ attic/garage squirrel chipmunk mouse activity. Appreciated very much he stated he can't get rid of them outside the home but he can inside. I've had previous companies want to plant poison all over outside when I live next to the woods with hickory and oak trees everywhere-even in my yard. The thinking that poison outside would ever get rid of anything is ridiculous and frankly harmful to people pets and the environment in general. Wasn't able to do everything suggested but he gave options that fit into my budget and let me turn down a piece I could try to do myself to afford the rest of the services today. And, he was EARLY!! I am very appreciative.

Quiet. My house is quiet. I can sleep all night without chirping from the attic or scratching in the walls. I was doubtful it could ever happen, but the bats are gone, along with the squirrel I didn't even know about. These folks legit know critters and control of same. I was surprised how fast it went. Shout out to Jacob for the inspection and laying out the job; Sean, Matt, and Evan for the difficult, dirty, dangerous work involving miles of caulk and backer rod, all with ladders; Olivia for weeks and weeks of monitoring and final restoration. Considering all the work done and that we haven't had a bat visit since, a bargain at any price, and theirs was reasonable. Responsiveness of and communications with the business, including Sheila and Miles, were all excellent, visits were coordinated with my schedule, and everyone was engaged with the tasks at hand, friendly, efficient, and respectful of the property and yes, considerate of the unknowing creatures being evicted. They practice humane and responsible control methods. I know eventually my 1907 house will be invaded by some homeless rodent again. I will then confidently call Wildlife X Team of Southeast Michigan for that job, too. Recommended.

I called to see if I could get some help addressing an issue I was having with mice getting inside under my kitchen sink and chewing on my dishwasher wires. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely polite and put me on their schedule for the following week. Jacob called prior to his arrival to give me a heads up which I appreciated. Due to the construction of my home being a cabin, it was recommended to have the entire house chinked which is not a service they provide. Jacob did, however, discuss other options for resolving the problem until this can happen. Luckily, I have humanely caught and released the culprit and have since placed deterrents and have not yet seen another. I would absolutely recommend Wildlife X Team. Thank you!!

Today we had an inspection of our home related to a potential bat infestation. The inspector Jacob, was very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. I felt very well informed of my current situation and the best path to resolve the issue. He gave me several options related to my budgetary needs. I highly recommend this company if you have a wildlife/pest issue.

Owners, Mike & Sheila, and all crew members, especially Jacob and Olivia were polite, very competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. Communication was exceptional before, during, after, and at the final inspection when the job was completed. Glad to have the raccoons, bats and all the damage they caused, gone. Damage to the attic was repaired, old soiled insulation was removed and replaced. Highly recommend this service and the peace of mind it brings.

After moving into a historic home in Chelsea, I heard noises in the attic. Wildlife X came to inspect not only the attic but all areas of where wildlife could potentially access the space. I now have confidence that my home is secure from critter invasion and the damage they can create. This is a small company with professionals who are knowledgeable, capable, and responsive. Highly recommend.

This team did nothing for my mouse problem, I waited for them to come back after paying $1400. Had to get traps and do it my self.

Now I can’t testify to the validity of any performance that is done, however I can state that the price is a complete absurdity. I just wanted a single bird nest taken down. Literally would take 2 minutes. Climb a ladder, pull it out and tape up the siding. For this simple task they wanted $370. I get that we’re in Joe Biden’s America but even that is highway robbery. Edit. Your response is complete trash. A ladder and plastic gloves is all you need. Your prices are complete nonsense and if anyone pays this they are a sucker. This was a very easy job that would have taken two minutes. Please no one believe their junk response.

If I had known they were only in business for 2 years I would have called somebody else. The scheduling was fine, however, the technicians showed up late and did not have the proper equipment to do the job and I had to reschedule, and when they came back they missed half of the entry points and came back out again and we never resolved the issue. I would never suggest this company. Do your homework and go with a company with experience.

This company does not deserve your business, the salesman explained everything to my wife and I and did a full inspection of our home, outside and inside. Gave us detailed explanation of what needed to be done. We usually get multiple quotes, however, this gentleman definitely knew what He was doing, however, when the technicians came out, they had little to no idea what to do, claimed they didn't have the right equipment, was not sure where the entry points were, even though they had detailed pictures of our house and I walked them around the house just like Mike did (our salesman) somehow I knew more then they did. Unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent.
