Completely disappointed in this company now after using them for several years. Cancelled my service.

When it works it really works!! It lets you enjoy your yard when the weather is fair

Hired them multiple times to find out where mice and bats were getting in. They did everything but that, sold me on bait and roof guards but never found where they were coming in. Had Wingman out and they found the spots 1st visit. These guys will scam you, don't use them.

Super quick and attentive service, very fair pricing. The mosquito spray service is priceless. We get to enjoy our outdoor space all summer long and all night long too. Haven’t bought a can of bug spray in years thanks to Knock’em Out!!!

We had an amazing experience with Knock ‘em Out !! We had them spray our property for mosquitos. They were timely, we were serviced the next day, and our very wooded backyard has not seen a mosquito since ! It was truly amazing how effective the service was just after one application. Highly recommend!

Called over a week ago. Left a message. No response. Not impressed

We have been using Knock ‘em out for several years at our business. We have a local business in Howell. We had a bit of a problem with mice in our building when people kept food in their desk. NOT anymore! Donnie and Lenny both have been out to our business to take care of the initial mice problem and now for our continued maintenance. We also have them spray for the bugs. The staff is always so nice and quick to respond. I can’t say enough good things about Knock ‘em out! I’d call their office to make an appointment if you need pest control. We have spoke with Kayla and Bella in the office…SO helpful! We will be using knock ‘em out forever!

Overall service was unsuccessful after 1.5 weeks of treatment and the owner would not support a re-application. The gentleman showed up on time and was quite professional/easy to talk to. Unfortunately, 1.5 weeks after the application, I was not seeing any improvement to the pests. I immediately responded to the text from the company and mentioned my dissatisfaction with the service. After many weeks, there was no reply and i finally got around to calling the company. The individual mentioned they would talk to the owner and get back to me the next day. 1 week later, they still had not responded so i contacted them again. They mentioned that the number I texted to share my frustrations with was not a number that they check (even though it was the number that they used to inform me of service) and therefore they could not re-apply. Even when I shared a screenshot of the text of my concerns within 1.5 weeks of the application, they confirmed that they cannot stand by their guarantee since I didnt call them within the necessary window of time. This suggests that their guarantee is not related to their service/treatments but only related to the time frame in which they respond to you. Unfortunate customer service and therefore cannot recommend this company in the future.

So they were great when I contacted them to discuss service. I was told they’d contact me to schedule at the right time of year, in April. I was never contacted except to get an appointment reminder via email, for an appointment the very next day. The appointment was made for me, I never approved it. I emailed back within 30 minutes to cancel, no reply. I called several times over e next three hours, and left a message. No response. Finally, I called from a different number, directly after calling from my main number. They answered the phone immediately, and practically hung up on me after I said I needed to cancel service. Still no response to my emails asking them to be sure all future service is cancelled. I have an online portal that shows I’ll be getting scheduled for three more service visits this year, and I don’t want this to happen again. I’m not usually paranoid but this all seemed a bit to me. It really felt like they didn’t want to let me cancel. If that wasn’t the case, then I’d hope they’ll work on their communication.

Last year was the first year I used their services and my main concern was keeping bees from making hives in any cracks in my siding (as they have before). I did not have any bee problems this year and I noticed almost no spiders or other insets inside my house. I am very happy with their service and will continue to use them for preventative maintenance.

Solved our box elder problem when others could not.

I’ve been using Knock em Out Pest Control for a few years now and I have never been dissatisfied. I use them for perimeter protection and I’ve had to call them for an underground wasp nest. They came out immediately and the nest was taken care of. They are consistent and their prices are fair. I would highly recommend.

We’ve been a customer for 9 years now, and I cannot say enough in the way of compliment for the high level of service we’ve received from Knock ‘Em Out, Howell, MI crew. When we bought our home we found we had a carpenter ant infestation that required we remove the entire lower-level walkout wall down to the studs - a $30,000 nightmare. We called Knock ‘Em Out, they responded quickly and spent the entire day treating our home. We’ve been loyal customers ever since and have to say we are completely satisfied with every aspect of their service. I would highly recommend Knock ‘Em Out for pest control.

I made an appointment for today, I was told the inspector would be there between 9-11. I explained I had to leave the house at exactly 11, and was assured it would be closer to 9. At 10:50 I called and got voicemail, and was called back by the office and told that the inspector was delayed and couldn’t be there on time. I think this was very unprofessional and rude. They offered to do the inspection from the outside after the fact, I have another company coming tomorrow.

Did not show as agreed for bee removal. The guy talked to the contracted employees and did not explain the procedure to us. He spent 15-20 minutes (at a charge of $250.00) spaying some chemical on the exterior walls that had to be painted the next day. Never contacted us. We called after we got a e-mail bill with the wrong information and was informed after the fact that it needed 2-3 days for it to take effect. We ultimately had to extend the project that also increased the cost of rental equipment.

The owner told me the field mice traps would be secured in the ground so my toddler son couldn't get to the bait poison. That was not true. My 22 month old son walked up to me with a trap, containing a dead mouse, in his hands. Called the owner with my concern 2 weeks ago yet he did nothing and the traps remain untouched. He never retrieved them or checked for mice. I highly recommend you choose another post control company.
