Hired them to spray for ticks. Tracy told me $185 to spray up to an acre. I have .8 acre. They came and sprayed around my home. I still have ticks and bugs everywhere. I got my bill in the mail and it was for $400 and said they sprayed for spiders and ants. I called and told them the bill was wrong and I still had ticks and if they sprayed for spiders and ants I still had them all over. Tracy sent Scott back out he was kinda rude and did a quick spray with a backpack sprayer and left. Never even put a sign in the yard like he was supposed to saying he sprayed pesticides. Tracy told me my bill was wrong and that it was $350. Very unprofessional to quote someone $185 for a service then send a bill for $400 and not stand behind the guarantee. I had to hire another company to take care of what they did not.

Excellent experience. Gavin was on time and had answers to my questions. He provided a thorough inspection and administered an appropriate treatment based on our findings. Will continue to use you guys for all of our pest control issues. Five stars all around!
