Hired them to spray for ticks. Tracy told me $185 to spray up to an acre. I have .8 acre. They came and sprayed around my home. I still have ticks and bugs everywhere. I got my bill in the mail and it was for $400 and said they sprayed for spiders and ants. I called and told them the bill was wrong and I still had ticks and if they sprayed for spiders and ants I still had them all over. Tracy sent Scott back out he was kinda rude and did a quick spray with a backpack sprayer and left. Never eve
I have been using Keller Caretaking for about 12 years now. He handles the lawn care, and snow plowing for our vacation home. I have always been meaning to write a review so now I am finally doing it. Mark and his company do an outstanding job at what they do. He is a simple “get it done” kind of guy. If I have a special request, or something that comes up last minute, no drama, always polite, and professional, boom DONE! I am a licensed builder, so I have dealt with a lot of people in my time
Wow, this company is AMAZING. My elderly sister and her husband in Harbor Springs were in great need of landscaping for their 100+ year old home. Keller was very quickly responsive, listened to what they wanted, and came up with a beautiful plan. They not only installed that plan, removing old scraggly flora, but also seeded bare spots on the lawn and installed a drip irrigation system.
I called Abent Pest Control in the morning and had the technicians arrive shortly thereafter. Very quick response and the technicians were very professional and answered some of my questions. I had tried a "24/7" company earlier but they only had one technician to service Petoskey and he was unavailable until Monday. I will call this company again if I have a wasp/yellowjacket problem.
Keller Caretaking, Isaac & team have been amazing! We moved into a new house, never had a hot tub before, and Isaac has been the absolute best. Incredibly knowledgeable, great job informing us on best practice for use, and keeping us up and running (through snow storms and late nights!). Super excited to have found this team! Thanks Isaac for making this easy and fun!
Excellent experience. Gavin was on time and had answers to my questions. He provided a thorough inspection and administered an appropriate treatment based on our findings. Will continue to use you guys for all of our pest control issues. Five stars all around!
