If you look are looking for customer service, look somewhere else. Dropped off a bunch of instructions less than 24 hours before the appointment and expect you to just sit around for an 8 hour window and be ready to leave at a moments notice. This might work for a big business, but a trash business model for individual residents.

We had a concern that we were not sure how to address. I know someone who works there so we called for some advice. They did right by us. Not only did they evaluate our pest issue, they gave us a few pest control options to consider based on our budget. Lastly, they gave us some great advice for the future. I highly recommend Aardvark Pest Management. They are true professionals.

They never showed up I got a letter from my apartment owner saying they would be here and I was ready and waiting but they didnt show up amd I never got a reason why and now I'm sad
