Just wanted to say thank you to custom lawn care and especially Michael Hartwick. I use to do it on my own but I got tired of the guessing game and Michael helped me out. Thank again.

My neighbor has them and they did a great job on hers so I gave em a shot, my lawn has never looked better, the lawn tech Steve is very nice and always ask if I have any concerns or anything I want them to look at. Nothing but good things to say about them.

I have been with Custom Lawn care for 1 year. I have been pleased with the lawn care and customer service. Mike H is great to work with!

I've been doing my own spraying and other lawn care for a very long time. I was hesitant to start letting a lawn care company take over, because I like keeping my yard looking nice and didn't want to trust anyone else to meet my standards. Mike (don't know his last name) talked me into using Custom. I'm glad I did. Over the course of one year my lawn began to look better than when I did it myself. Thanks Mike and thanks Custom Lawn.

I spoke with Michael H from this company and he convinced me to make the switch. It's been a couple years of their service and they have been great! Reasonable prices and great service. I love the texts before visits.

I used this company a few years ago After one season, my yard was covered in moss and they explained to me that I should put down something different to get rid of the moss something that they did not handle When I hire a lawn company, I expect them to handle the lawn not tell me I have to do something that they do not offer. On top of that, they’ve been calling me for three years repeatedly even after I asked them every time to take me off their list. They call themselves custom, but they do the same exact thing to every lawn They absolutely would not customize my treatment to get rid of the moss I would not recommend this company AND AFTER READING THE REVIEWS, I’M EXPECTING A PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE RESPONSE JUST LIKE THE ONES THEY GIVE ON 1 STAR REVIEWS

Great Care. Lawn looks great. David W and Aaron have been thorough and professional in taking care of our lawn.

Gabe did a fantastic job. He did the raised area by hand and stopped at the Apple tree as I asked. I would recommend Gabe for all service. I'm certain he tried to cover the areas of grub infestation that surfaced later in the season. Hopefully next season there won't be any.

Steven Hall really works at covering the entire lawn. He hand feeds difficult areas. He asks if there are any issues to be addressed. Very professional.

I am using the service / treatment for my lawn from the last 4 years but this time technician over sprayed my lawn in few areas and right from the next day grass died as shown in picture So I can clearly say careless tech about his job

Been very disappointed with my lawn this year. Something has changed and when talking to my tech he said they have new owners, so have they changed the fertilizer? My lawn has never looked this bad!

I have been with this company for years. I had told them not schedule me on a Tuesday because my Lawn mower guy comes on Tuesday. They scheduled me on a Tuesday and I contacted them to remind them of this. The rescheduled me for a Tuesday again. I contacted them again and since then they have not scheduled me, emailed me, or call me. Is this good customer service? I think it is terrible. I would give it a 0 if I could. my bushes are dying and show signs of the spray on leaves. I have a lot of bushes. This was the first time getting this treatment. I have not had any other spray put on my bushes. I don't know if this was a new employee that didn't know what he was doing, or careless. the bushes were very healthy until this was applied.

I am extremely disappointed in the lawn care services by Custom. Prior to treatment my grass was in good condition. He fertilize my grass and treated weeds. However after the four treatment I notice several brown patches throughout my back yard. When I made a complaint they stated that it was a fungus in my backyard that is typical cause was extreme heat but I'm also aware that this could also be due to over-treatment or over fertilization. They recommend that I spend additional money to treat the fungus. However I never had an issue with fungus prior them treated my lawn. I am heart broken and extremely disappointed. My back lawn looks horrable and full of dead grass!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! 😔

Not a happy or satisfied customer. The first treatment went very well,however after the second,and all treatment there after just turned my lawn brown.The technician came out and put down some treatment to green up my lawn. But my lawn just turned more brown. Your company guarantee states that if I'm not satisfied that your companywould fix the issue at no cost. Your representative -Jason- told me that in the beginning also told me that your technician are educated to spots problems before the problem becomes serious. That didn't happen,now I'm paying $142.00 for a treatment that I hope will work - if not -I might have to lay new sod come this fall or early spring.

We've used this service last year and when we moved a few months ago we used them again. They did the first session yesterday, and the gentleman who did it did a wonderful job, especially considering our yard is almost twice the area than our last residence. 07/22/2025: I'm not sure why, but I've had 2 sessions done this summer, yet I'm still being eaten alive by bugs.

We sold our house in February 2025. I contacted them and told them that we sold and I did not know if the new owners would be continuing the services. They did 1 treatment in the lawn in the spring, the new owners called and said they didn’t want the service and would not pay for the treatment and now they want us to pay $66 for the treatment. We said no so they turned us over to a collection agency. Who the hell does that to anyone who does not own the property and who did not request or ok the services. Don’t trust them.

Very disappointed with this company. Read a lot of the positive comments. Why are all these people getting great service when we can't get anyone to call us back. Not very good customer service. We paid in full up front and the one time I finally had someone answer the phone (2 weeks ago, she said it would be "next week" which was last week. My husband left 2 messages today with no response. We are about ready to get a full refund! A simple call is a great way to keep customers, it's called communication!

They are definitely a joke. They sent me a "offer" in the mail that they would spray and fertilize weed and feed grub control and all sorts of junk on my yard. Quoted me 5600$ definitely without even looking at my yard. I've got a farm with 10 plus acres on it. Most of it is pasture for my farm animals and they think that can just spray willy nilly? Also there's no way they can do all 10 acres for the prices they quoted. This is obviously a fishing scam and avoid them and get a company that actually does the research on the customers property.
