Had a previous appointment scheduled with them. They never called to confirm the appointment and ended up showing up when I wasnt at my house. No one contacted me saying they were at my house. Then I rescheduled with them on another day they said they'd call to confirm my appointment the day before. I ended up having to call them to conform my own appointment. Very unprofessional very inconsistent. The receptionists have no clue what's even going on.

They take care of two of my neighbors house. I saw the truck outside and asked the guy if he could stop and take a look if he had a second. When he was done I had this employee in my home for a quote. I had carpenter ants from a rotting tree stump outside, I explained to him what I was doing to mitigate the situation. Instead of trying to sell me on service he said what I was doing seemed to be working and to just keep that up instead. Honest employee(s). Will definitely use this company if needed.

Just witnessed a truck from this business whip around a car on the right side at an intersection at bray and m-57 when the car in front of him was turning left. The five intersections from Lewis td to Belsay rd on m-57 has a turn lane for right turn only. These are not passing lanes!!! Darting out around cars turning left is illegal. These 5 intersections are the most deadly in Gensee county. Please inform your employees that this disregard of signs and lines at these intersections WILL result in an accident. Life is simple….follow the law.

Called about what I thought was a carpenter ant infestation and they sent someone out the very next day. The staff was super helpful and the tech explained what he was looking for during the visit. They treated for ants and explained the logic behind the types of treatments and what to expect from them. Highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I stopped by for some advice on how to handle a situation at our home, they were patient and super helpful.

All N One is a company of honesty and integrity! I would recommend them to anyone who has bug or bee issues.

I've had my house sprayed for years by them. I've had no problems. They do the outside to control ants and spiders.

How to pass problem that need to be taken care of ASAP they couldn't get me in until a week later

Used to be a great service when Ron worked there. I had been using the company since about 2012. Then in 2018, I had the worst time getting things done. Due to my location I get inside and outside spray every month. Within one season there was a time they did the outside and left. Times I did not get my "heads up we are coming tomorrow" calls. I had to call them back about half of the season. Don't get me started about bees! This one kid had to come back 3 times because he wouldn't treat the roof area the bees were coming out of correctly. After a season from hell, they didn't even mail a contract for 2019. That's ok though, I wasn't happy with the changes in the company anyhow.

Shady business. Total rip off. Complete and total liars .

If I could, I would give less than a star. They came out last year, to spray for fleas, and had no problem. They were gone until the following flea season....typical right.... so we had them come back out this year and they sprayed, and it didn’t kill any of them. Didn’t even cut them down at all. So my boyfriend called to have them come back out, the lady on the phone was completely disrespectful to him, and talked to him like he was stupid, and they came out again, and we still have fleas, just as bad. They changed their chemical to a cheaper one..... so that explains why it didn’t work. But they are NOT willing to compensate us for our wasted money. Never using this place again, and will make sure I spread the word that they should not be used.
