I bought there bat exclusion services back in 2021 and it came with a 5 year warranty. So far the bats have never been excluded, I still have the exclusion doors on my house. I have sent them emails this year but not heard back from them even though I'm still in warranty. Tyler has always been the primary tech and when he came I feel like he didn't look that hard to find where they are coming in. 2k for a few tubes of silicone and bats still in the attic/basement . Called and spoke to receptionist about bat in my house. She said if I knew where the bat was they would come out same day and remove it. I didn’t stay in my house that night but knew where the bat was. I went back and checked and he was still there. I called back and receptionist had tech call me. He called right away and headed to my house and got the bat. He was punctual and professional and looked at a couple places that concerned me. They are coming Friday to seal up everything. Great, pro
