I DO NOT recommend in the Davison area!!! I was trying to get services for a friend who is never home due to extreme work schedules. I set an appt for 8-9:30 am and was told that the tech (Ben) lived in the same town. My friend stayed home for the appt. The tech never called or showed up, so my friend left at 10. Would not recommend at all- was told for $270 then $62 per month. They would come out and treat the wasps nest that is in my porch along with house treatment for ants & spiders, as this can be a source of the problem. Scheduled to come between 8am-12pm. Had an inspection scheduled for 3 days ago between 4-5:30 pm. The tech texted my husband the night before to confirm and my husband confirmed the appointment. No one ever showed up or contacted us so at 6:40 that night i called to find out what was going on. I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for customer service. I had already had 3 hours of my time wasted at this point so i hung up. 3 days later and we have not heard a word from this company.
