HANDS DOWN, THE BEST! My brother and myself are both single parents of teenage girls and we all share a home. Unexpectedly, my brother had 4 minor strokes & a massive one, causing permanent cognitive brain damage. Unbeknownst to me, after his strokes, he somehow brought bed bugs home with him. He likes to mostly keep to himself, and especially doesn't like people in his room. I didn't know there was a problem until his bedroom was completely infested and they had started spreading to other parts of the house. I felt like a failure, I was mortified and embarrassed! When I finally started making calls, the quotes I was getting were mind blowing. We are talking some prices in the thousands of dollars, some without any guarantees, but a DISCOUNT if they have to come back. We can't AFFORD TO GIVE AWAY MONEY WITH NO GUARANTEES! FINALLY, someone gave me the name "Prudential Pest Management". Looking up their number and calling was the best thing I ever did! The first person I spoke to was Sandy. She was so calming and understanding, ABSOLUTELY NO JUDGEMENT WHATSOEVER!!! It was like talking to a therapist after a traumatic event! She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the whole process, what to expect and even answer the silliest of questions. Sandy puts you at ease and gives you hope that there is an end in sight. A light at the end of aONG TUNNEL! I know seeing the $200+ for a pest removal service seems like a lot, my invoice total was actually $698. However, that is a fraction of the cost at most other places. In fact, IT WAS THE BEST RATE I FOUND! I know somethings are too good to be true and sometimes you get what you pay for. Meaning, if you pay a low price, then you receive low quality. That is not true at all with Prudential Pest Management! My service date was August 15, 2024. I believe the owner of the company provided my service himself. I was a mess explaining to him how hard it was to keep it together being low income and coming up with the money for treatment, trying to care for my brother, 2 teenage girls, a bed bug infestation, a flea infestation that was making one of my cats extremely sick...I didn't know how much more I could handle. He calmed me down and explained the whole process and why they used that particular process today. He then went above and beyond and added a flea treatment to the treatment he was using for the bed bugs. He said he couldn't guarantee his work where the fleas were concerned, but he didn't charge me for the service either. He did educate me on how to keep them under control in the future though! They guaranteed their work for 3 months and 20 days, I'll let them explain the seemingly weird guarantee time frame. If a live bug, even one, is seen within that time frame, then they will treat again for free. Unfortunately, I did happen to see ONE alive. I called and reported it and explained that it was only one, but they still came out and treated again at their own expense. The follow up service was provided on September 24, 2024. I am happy, no, BEYOND ECSTATIC AND GRATEFUL to report that we have been BED BUG FREE SINCE! I am just now completing a review for this TOP NOTCH company because I failed to do so when I should have. I received a text that reminded me how wonderful they are. Prudential Pest Management sent me a text on the year anniversary of the last service date. They just wanted to make sure we were still pest free, since we hadn't spoke in a while. They are the absolute best. I can't say enough positive things about them! I am so sorry it took me this long to complete and post a review for you! Please know that even though I didn't post one, I give a word of mouth review and recommend PRUDENTIAL PEST MANAGEMENT TO EVERYONE NEEDING THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE! ONCE AGAIN, THANK YOU! I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!

Spent 3 minutes at my house. Sprayed very sloppily, sprayed the cameras, sprayed the kids stuff on the back porch, sprayed the baby’s swimming pool and left. Then charges $79 for the “service”. I have the entire “service” on video.

I paid over $500 for this company to come out because I had mice in my garage and I heard what sounded like a hand saw in my attack. They were adamant I had squirrels in my attic. With my busy schedule they set traps outside where they thought squirrels were getting in. Come to find out it was bats in my attack and the mice were eating the bait they set on the inside of the squirrel traps. They never caught a single squirrel and the snap traps I set are catching the mice still. You’re better off setting your own traps. I’m very disappointed with the money I spent. It was such a waste. Lesson learned.

Could you please call or text our business line so I may reach out to you. Usually if bats are an issue during our squirrel exclusion we just include it as the work is almost identical. I need more information to find your account to look at specifics. Communication is important and it’s difficult to address issues without it. As for the mice that could be easily addressed as well. Often we can only make a conclusion with the evidence we see during our initial inspection sometimes it may be old evidence or a building may have multiple pest but our main goal is to take care of a pest problem honestly and efficiently as possible.

Prudential did a good job with an excellent warranty. We had bats in our attic and the man explained the process and carried it out timely & professionally. Only complaint is the exit for the bats was to be removed in late spring but it took me sending a text reminder for them to come finish the job a few months late.

We try to schedule these when we are in the area and have gaps in our schedule since pulling the tubes doesn't affect the service and typically makes no difference if we pull them in May or July.
