Today, 5-18-22 we had an appointment scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and Noon. Not only did they not show up on time, they never called to let us know they would be late. Since my wife had to be to work at 1:00 p.m.. we cancelled the appointment. While the person in the office yesterday, was very friendly, I'm greatly disappointed as to what happened today. Not sure if we will use this company or not.. To have not called and explained why they were late or didn't show up, is no way to impress fi

Call them to my house to take care of CARPENTER ANTS on my tree's they came out said they can't help me outside my home signed me up for ANNUAL SERVICE. I have CANCELLED this service within 10 days of ORKIN signing ME up for ANNUAL SERVICE, AND I CONTINUE TO GET CHARGED 45 DOLLARS EVER MONTH FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. NO ONE HAS BEEN TO MY HOUSE SINCE INITIAL VISIT . NO SERVICE IN BEING USED. ORKIN DOES NOT EXTERMINATE. THEY JUST DETER PEST THERE WORD NO MINE.

Didn't spray barely anything didn't spray cushions , pillows , did 6 out of 18 drawers didn't touch the mattresses, did quarter of the bed frame , sprayed 1/8 of bottom of couch did not even spray top of couch or chairs absolutely terrible an this is the second time this " worker" did there job ( half ass ) would not recommend an will NOT be requesting there service again.
