Top notch service! We had an emergency problem over the 4th of July, Roy and his team came out within the hour of my phone call and took care of us. His team is thorough and professional. Their customer service and follow up has locked us in for annual services. The best part, this business is Veteran owned, and they will take care of you just like they would their own family.

I would have been a new customer but he didn't show up and then called at 2:30 pm the day he is suppose to be here to let me know he would be here 2 days later. He had told me that if it rains it could throw the days off and I told him I understand that. But I never thought that they would not let me know until 2:30 pm the day of. I sat here all day waiting and no phone call. When I told him he could have called he said that he doesn't have time to call everyone to let them know. The thing is hasnt rained for 5 days. I know 2 of those days are Sat and Sun but almost 4 full workdays and no phone call. I told them that the reason I got rid if my last pest guy is because I couldn't rely on them. He said well I guess it's best we don't do business and I agreed.

Coldwater Mosquito and Pest Control was so considerate with our time, seeing how we're not up at the lake all the time... Roy came AFTER hours to address an issue that was disrupting my family's quality time at the lake. He took care it and now we use him to take care of all our pest control needs, both inside and outside our lake house. Thank you Roy!!!
