Hello! Our service tech Matte Higley is very through and very customer oriented. We would like him to be our assigned tech from here on. We have been with Terminex for over 20+ years. Very satisfied with our service especially with our old tech who we had for 17 years. In the past 18 months we have had at least 6 different techs. They have all done a great job however there is no continuity. We have to educate the techs about our nature yard and our visiting hummers, every time there is a new

Terminix did not show up for my inspection appointment I booked through their texting service (that they recommended when I called). After they didn’t show up on time, I spent nearly an hour on hold on the phone trying to figure out where they were and eventually had to give up because I couldn’t waste more than 2 hours of my day on this between them not showing up and then the extended hold time. I tried the texting option to get support for my missed appointment but they took an hour to resp
