So, I rarely do reviews, but I have to share how wonderful it is to work with John!!! He was kind, as I was having a meltdown about the possibility of an Asbestos contamination, he was fast getting me on the schedule and having the samples sent, he took samples of items I didn't even know could be contaminated. He kept in contact with me throughout the process, he even personally called to let me know the results, which were all good. I recommend Innovative Home Inspection 100%!!! I will definitely use them for all my inspection needs!!

John, the owner and inspector did an exceptional job on all levels. His response was quick and his communications clear. We needed our home inspected for mold and he demonstrated thorough knowledge as he performed sampling and located two mold sources that we had not been unaware of. The lab results were returned with a very detailed report of not only mold but the rest of our home. He also went the extra mile after the report was complete by doing extra work to make sure we had a clear understanding of the findings. He is knowledgeable, hard working, and I highly recommend him.

Incredibly thorough inspection and detailed report. In the process of buying a new home and had John recommended by our realtor/loan officer. John spent 3 hours inspecting every detail of our future home taking pictures of everything from the grading of the lawn, edges of the shingles, condition of every faucet, window, and door, and so many other things. Between each floor stopping to give us a verbal report and show us what he has found. Within a couple hours of completing the inspection, John had a detailed written report of everything he has found, what needs to be done, and the priority of each item. Highly recommend!

After a water issue arose in my basement, John came out to inspect the basement, foundation, outside areas and gutters, and attic. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Every step of the way, John explained what he was seeing, provided recommendations on how to resolve the issue, and answered all my questions. A detailed report and photos were sent to me that evening. As a result of John's inspection and recommendations, I saved a great deal of money on unnecessary services that were proposed by different companies to resolve my problem. This was our first inspection experience, as we are first time home buyers, and John was fantastic! I did my research to find the best inspector I could, and I found him! John scheduled us right away, and I took a list of questions to ask, most of which I did not even have to ask because he addressed them in his very thorough inspection. I loved this company. John Scaparo is indeed an expert. He is meticulous and methodical as he combs your potential home for any concerns he can find. Also, as a first time home buyer he took extra time to explain the concerns to me personally during and after the inspection completed. I recommend him for any first time home buyer and his pricing is very fair. The report is color coded and easy to read. You can keep it as a check list while you fix up your home. John is the type of inspector anyone should want. The reason I am putting 4 stars is because my report had some carry over information from the report prior to mine. I asked him about the strange info and he quickly reviewed and republished the report. Thank you John.
