I got termix over to treat carpenter ants. Service was good. I can't speak about the results since I have to wait for 3 week for treatment to work but I will provide my update

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience This company being listed as a Sponsored business is very misleading. My experience with Terminix was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor, scheduling was unreliable, and the service did not resolve the problem as promised. Despite paying a premium price, the results were ineffective and required repeated follow-ups with no real accountability. Customer service seemed more focused on contracts and upselling than actually addressing the issue. Responses were slow, and when concerns were raised, they were brushed off rather than taken seriously. For a company with such a well-known name, the level of service was shockingly below expectations. I would not recommend this company to homeowners looking for reliable, professional, and honest service. There are better local options that actually stand behind their work.

I’ve been a customer of Terminex for over 10 years. While my experience has had its ups and downs, I have to say things have taken a much better turn recently thanks to Scott, (manager) who took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right by assigning me a new technician. I’m especially impressed with John & Charles — they are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely take the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable with the service. I truly appreciated John’s thoroughness and attention to detail. I feel confident moving forward with John as my regular tech and am grateful to Scott for making it happen. I absolutely love working with John for our pest control needs. He is friendly, social, and genuinely enjoyable to have around. He pays detailed attention to every part of our home and always explains what he’s doing so we feel informed. John is extremely knowledgeable and someone we trust completely. He’s also very responsive and never makes me feel like a bother, even when I ask for something extra. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and professional pest control service!

Terminix used to be a great company, but not anymore. These days, you’re just wasting your money. Don’t believe the “money-back guarantee” if you’re not satisfied — it’s simply not true in practice. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.

Jason was great! He even came after his work day was supposed to be finished on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. He serviced a hive of Yellow Jackets behind a spotlight plate attached to the back of my house.

The worst experience I’ve ever endured from a company! I did not receive the Service I paid for. I needed treatment for the interior of my house due to fleas, I specifically explained this to the representative and also management. Still only the exterior of my house was treated since 7/31/25 even though it was notated in my profile multiple times. My fee was $275 they discounted me $150 and I cancelled my subscription. It’s sad to say my flea problem was never resolved through this company.

I’ve been with Terminix for many years. Yesterday I had an awful experience with a man named Jeff Tistle. He told me they wouldn’t come back out so I asked to cancel service and when I did, he told me they were gonna cancel me as a customer they didn’t want my money. Now they’re still charging my credit card. I waited on hold for 2 1/2 hours and it’s hard to cancel with this company. Because if you live in Michigan, they have a whole new system and they only have one department to answer your phone calls so they’re still charging my credit card. I can’t believe Jeff represents this company. Very disappointed.
