Someone from this company was supposed to be at my house yesterday at 1:00 for a scheduled inspection ... NO ONE SHOWED UP ... However, a Teminix tech arrived, also at 1:00pm ... i was supposed to receive a quote for the work I needed and never got one ... was told I would get that quote yesterday ... still haven't gotten the quote... I responded to the original text conversation I had when i scheduled the appointment ... whoever I texted with HAD NO CLUE what I was talking about, except to apologize that his tech did not show and did I want to reschedule ... I still have no answer as to why Terminix shows up yesterday, tells me I will get a quote, also yesterday ... something is not right here Who is Erlich and y didn't u show yesterday? And why did Teminix show up at the same time???

Great experience, would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family. I inherited a neglected home that has needed a hefty amount of tlc to make it livable, and that means lots of calls and appointments for a wide variety of issues. After dealing with a suspected rodent problem for the last few months, I am so thankful I wound up here. The tech, Billy, was very friendly and professional. I’ve dealt with several places trying to take advantage of me and get as much money out of me as possible, and this experience felt like the complete opposite. I never felt pressured to agree to anything on the spot, ever aspect of the service was broken down and explained thoroughly so I felt like I knew what exactly what was happening and I had a say in all of it. Looking forward to continuing to work with him and the company in the future!

Service Tech, Chad Harrington was very helpful and thorough. A hero , actually. He was going to postpone this service call because it was scheduled a bit too early for a regular inspection. However I called him this morning when I heard rodent activity. He Inspected areas where critters were heard running around . Used material to block suspected areas of entry. Left traps. Dealt with messy areas inhabited by critters.

Ehrlich is the pest control company my HOA uses. It was very easy to request services and my technician (Chris) was prompt and efficient. He did a thorough evaluation of the issue, provided solutions and made recommendations that were easy to follow. He was kind and patient with all my questions. The issue required him to visit 3 times within a month to attend to or adjust the plan. Each time he was timely with his arrival, pleasant and in a good mood and thorough with his work. I’ve had no issues a month later!

I scheduled an appointment with this company and confirmed it the morning of. I was given a 9:00–10:30 AM arrival window and told the rep would call 30 minutes before arrival. By 10:30, there was no call, no rep, and no communication. I called customer service to ask what happened and why no one showed or notified me. The agent told me they would contact the rep and call me back within an hour. That call never happened. Terrible service across the board — from the rep not showing up or calling, to the agent failing to follow through on a promised callback. An entire half day was wasted waiting on a company that clearly knew they weren’t going to show.

Typically when you schedule an arrival window, it's so the person with the service can show up in that window. Apparently that is not the case here. I looked around for service for a while and after deciding on Ehrlich I made an appointment with a 4-5:30 arrival window. I work 2 jobs, so I arranged to leave one job early, and show up to the 2nd job late. By 5:45 when I heard nothing I had to call and cancel the appointment, and we rescheduled for the next day at the same time. I was luckily able to do the same thing for my shifts, only for the same thing to happen yet again. I wouldn't have minded if there was ANY sort of communication throughout the process. I didn't get a single text email or call to let me know that help would be late or unable to arrive. Just an absolute disaster.

So very disappointed in this service! I called to have the inside and outside of Home sprayed. I told the CSR when I called that the only issue we were having a tiny bug, a bit bigger than a gnat, was seen in house. The insect did not fly. The order was written for inside/outside. The tech arrives and says the order stated we had issues with cockroaches. My husband was surprised to hear that and told him absolutely not. My husband shows him the small insect; which the tech did not know what it was, but guessed it to be a boxelder. Which it is not. Anyways, my husband confirmed we were scheduled to have inside and outside sprayed. The tech stated the government does not allow inside of Home to be sprayed. He could only spray outside. The tech stated spraying outside would certainly take care of the insects from coming inside the house. So he just sprays the outside. We wait a few days and see no improvement. I called CS and requested a follow-up spray. I also told the CS, I was not happy that I was told, and billed, for inside/outside spraying, but the tech said he was not allowed for inside spraying. The CS confirmed the tech was incorrect. Spraying inside the home is a normal part of service. So the followup service call was booked. Day of service- and no service showed. No call. I once again call CSR and was told there must have been an error when scheduling the follow up. It took me 50 minutes on hold just to have them make an error in scheduling?? At this point I requested a full refund. 316.00. I still have the insect issue and they failed at the follow-up service. I was told all I could get refunded was half of the amount paid since the tech did spray outside. I again told her yes he did, but it did not do anything. That apparently did not matter. 30 days later, and I am still wait for my partial refund. SHOPPERS BEWARE. DO NOT USE TERMINEX EHRLICH.

We are aware this company has changed hands a few times in the past. These things sometimes happen. However, when this happens, companies need to have representation from said firm to make sure good service can be ensured and continued. All we have had is a guy come out to do the spray service for us. He was always prompt and polite. Within this last year, apparently the territories changed and we were to have someone new come out but we got skipped for a few months or he would come on odd days at odd times, never the same day and time per month. Recently, the tech came out on a Saturday, a day of which we ARE NOT OPEN. The tech sprayed the outside even though we already have a lawn service who does this for us. The tech’s response was, “I don’t know why I would be sent out when you are not open.” I called Ehrlich Terminix to see what happened and if we could get a copy of our signature on a contract with them. Turns out, for YEARS, we have not had a contract AT ALL! So, I guess they just send a tech out when convenient because we are a “migrated customer”? I have called them three times to get a copy of paperwork we signed. This has been going on since September. I keep calling and keep getting promised the paperwork requested will be sent via email but to no avail. Even if the contract is void, we would like to see it. If there is nothing to send us, just say so. We can renegotiate services charges and dates/times for service if need be. If we had a sales representative from this company, it would be very helpful. And after all this, the last time I talked with anyone at this company (09.25.25), I was told we had an outstanding balance due on 10.20.25?

They had send back a technician because the last spent 2 minutes on a yard thatis over 3/4 of acres his name is Syrus Zeitz not only did he not do my yard he he wanted to fight about it. Terminix sent some out that has do e my yard in the past. his name is Chad Harrington very good at his job thank you Chad update They were supposed to be here on 8/15/2025 between 12 and 6:30 pm . No call no show we had an event for Saturday our 25th wedding anniversary pool party I sat on hold Fri from 5 to 7:30 pm asking where they were and if they were coming Saturday morning I called at 6:00 am they told me they only do commercial properties on weekends and would be here on Monday 8/18. I told them they were fired

Charles is a great technician! Always is constantly communicating with us what he is doing and what needs to be done. Very thorough. Always taking care of our needs. After they switched Charles from our location everything went downhill! The current technician does not do his job at all! I have called the company 4 times in 3 weeks still waiting on a call back. We are going to cancel our business with this company. 0 out of 5 stars.

Horrible experience not getting service. Spoke to someone over the phone to set up service who asked me a bunch of questions which made me feel good. Set up an appointment for after 4pm on a Friday. Luckily I was home that day, but tech showed up at 2pm. Tech asked about attic and explained that he didn’t have a ladder, I was also told that even if he didn’t have a ladder he couldn’t go up there due to it being unfinished (something that was relayed to the appointment scheduler) without a second person with him. He performed no service and stated to contact the office to reschedule. Called and spoke to someone from the call center, nobody got back with me Friday. Monday by 12:30 nobody had gotten back to me. Called and cancelled my service, don’t use them if you need service on anything they may be okay to put out a few bait station and spray, but really anyone can do that. The only decent service I received was from the guy you tried to not get me to cancel my service and offered me some great discount but I turned it down due to reliability issues.

Do not use this place!!!!! I got ripped off. I called for roach issues. I was told the cost would be $165 to spray my entire home for $165. They charged my card $205 without my permission. The guy who showed up placed 5 glue traps like the ones from the dollar store around my kitchen and said that’s it. When my wife called 2 weeks ago they promised a refund. Since then we have called and left multiple messages. No one even calls back. I feel totally scammed.

I paid in full for 2 treatments. Had to call to remind them to come the first time. They never came to spray my 2nd treatment. Called, had to leave a message. Have not received a return call yet.
