I'm sorry we were out running errands the time DuJuan was performing the Aeration process to our lawn. But, the aeration core were all over the place, which meant he did a great job!! I usually don’t rate Rusty‘s job performance because there’s nothing to rate. I don’t watch him do it so I don’t know that he covered everything. However, the most recent service that Rusty did was exceptional. Several months ago I had limbs fall off my large pine tree. I trimmed all the branches off and Made three piles of the branches on the lawn. I was waiting for the weather to get warmer to bundle them up. Yesterday when I looked outside, the three piles were gone. Thinking that the wind blow them away I looked, but I didn’t see any evidence of that and then I realized that there was a large pile at the base of the pine tree. Rusty took it upon himself to move all those branches so that he could do a good Job. Yes he deserves special recognition.

I have used their service for many years and been pleased with their service and results. When there are issues I have notified them and they then come back and make the corrections needed.

Adam came out today and explained everything and was very helpful. They always do a great job. I left a big company for them and so happy I did!

Would not recommend. We started using them last Fall. Our grass improved maybe 50% but we still have a ton of issues like grab grass and other weeds. Our neighbor hood is prone to fungus so we had some of that going on still recently. We switched to Freeman’s and after one visit our grass is greener the brown spots from the fungus have improved significantly all in just a few days. Lush lawn also does not blow away the driveway and sidewalks of the pellets that get thrown down and I feel like that is a significant thing that should be done so your not tracking it all over the place with you.

Unacceptable performance…too many deep tire tracks.

Technician only fertilized my front lawn. When I called to see if they could take care of it they told me that the technician wrote it on his report that he did. I have cameras all over my house and at no point did he ever fertilize my backyard. Talked to a few customer service people and they were not willing to do anything about it because he said he did it. This was my first experience with this company and I would never recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service!!

I cannot even give this a rating! This company is absolutely the worst. We had sod placed in our yard. It was beautiful Kentucky Bluegrass. We decided to have them come and spot treat some weeds. What happened after is a disaster! The weed killer for the driveway ended up on the grass. The lawn weed treatment was overkill and they even came out twice in a 10 day period - which ended up killing a large portion of our grass. In addition, because of what they used, and the fact that they came out twice in 10 days, caused "leaf spot" on the grass which is a fungus. Yes, spraying weed control can cause leaf spot damage!!! Every day this goes on, the grass is dying more and more. I called a sales rep "Brandon" and informed him of what happened. I asked for a manager to come out. Over a week later, I called again and demanded someone come out. Finally my message went to "James". He came out and assessed it saying it was definitely from both weed killers. He said he would get with "Dylon" - the branch manager. Crickets again. Had to call again and this time James came out. They kept trying to deflect away from the damage they caused and kept informing us we have a fungus and a reason why its dying, in addition to admitting the damage they caused. To date - crickets.... I had to call again to have someone call me back which he did. NOW HE WANTS TO GET WITH ANOTHER MANAGER and call me back again - which we all know how that goes! How many people does it take to come and look at damage caused by their company? We paid for Kentucky Blue Grass Sod to be placed down - they kept wanting to just seed to which we demanded the sod be replaced. We spent a lot of money, time and $$ in good top soil which took days to grade properly. We are now 2 weeks since I first called. Nothing has been done except excuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If you love your beautiful grass, do not use them. All I can say is we are not done fighting to get this corrected. UPDATE: after showing them what I found online that their weed control can cause leaf spots and After demanding they replace the sod, they finally agreed, but it took 2 weeks - and that’s AFTER i kept calling and calling. They kept wanting to bring other people out - just another game for another excuse. Now we are waiting door the sod farm to replace it. But I’ll never use them again nor will I recommend them.

Used this company for the 1st and last time this year. Requested mosquito treatment and fertilizer treatment for my lawn. They are so unreliable! One time I was told they showed up to my door and I refused the service. This was a lie, I was home all day, no one came to my door. I have yet to see anyone to know if they do actually come when they say they do. I will receive an email the day beforehand letting me know they are coming, and then they don’t show up. No notice, no explanation. IF they do show up I receive an email several hours later stating what time they showed up and when it’s safe to go in the yard again. And it’s always well after the fact. I’m sure my dogs have been in the yard when they shouldn’t be because of this company’s poor communication. Do NOT recommend and will be finding a different company next year.

While performing a grub application, the technician obviously had an issue with their equipment. I found clumps of chemicals in various locations around the lawn, which resulted in dead grass(see pictures). I understand mistakes can happen, but they have been horrible to deal with to address it. I left a poor survey and asked for a call to address it...no response. I had to call the customer service office multiple times to get someone to come out and review it. Someone finally came out a month later, but fixed the wrong area of the lawn, even though I sent them detailed information of the issue. I left multiple messages/texts with the service Manager(Ryan) to come back out to review the right issue....no response. I left two messages with the branch Manager....no response. I would not use this company even if they offered their service for free...ZERO STARS!

So after 5 years of being a loyal customer, this is what Lush Lawn did to my lawn today. I called their customer service and told them what happened. They said they would send someone out to repair the bad spots. I told them I wanted a refund. I was not paying for them to destroy my lawn. I was told they could not discount their service. After a few times around and around the agent offered to give me $10 off. Really?? On top of their service declining since they bought Safari Tree, my lawn looking the worst it has in 5 years, they trash my lawn and offer $10 off. NO THANKS LUSH LAWN. I'm out. You just lost a loyal customer who was trying to wait out your bad times and who will not be paying for you to destroy my lawn. There are 3 other houses on my street that Lush destroyed their lawn today. I am sure I was not the only call. Notice the 4th picture. They literally sliced my lawn and attempted to step it back down. Truly sad for a company whose responsibility is to care for my lawn. That doesn't say much about them. Buyer beware! #348042 says "Your Fired!"

I am not writing this review to do this company any harm but maybe help them to see why they might be losing business and to make others aware of the issues I am having. 1. They stopped calling the day before applications. 2. Called to fix them not calling, then they called to say they would be out the next day and did not show up. 3. Paying for crabgrass preventative application and my crabgrass is worse than ever. 4. Called to talk with manager. was told she would call me back the next day. I never got a call back. 5. Called back to find out why and all I got was apologies. 6. Cancelled my account today. This is not good customer service!

Not happy at all with this company. My yard has numerous brown spots all over the yard. I placed a service call to them and then a week later they sent someone who left a note that they would call me to follow-up, no call and it's been over a week. So now over two weeks! Now my yard looks even worse and I had to call them again. My neighbor's yards all look much better than mine and no one else has the brown spots like me and my neighbors do not use lush lawn either. I am not happy at all and have spent hundreds of dollars early in the season already for a brown spotted lawn. Do not use this company, many other options our there.

This is my first season using lush lawn. While their prices are competitive, their results are poor. I hired them this spring for slit seeding of my lawn, as well as paid for an entire season of fertilizer and soil treatments. While the fertilization did show some results, the soil program and slit seeding was a complete waste of money. Somehow my lawn is thinner and more sparse than it was before I hired them. I did reach out regarding their "results guarantee" and they were happy to come back out. Problem is they said they were coming out within a few days of contacting them (September 12) and they didn't show until the last few days of October. It was in the 30s every night and definitely doesn't seem capable germination at this point. Oh, and they broke a sprinkler head in the process. I emailed the account manager (Matt Harris) almost 2 weeks ago and never got a response. This is a large company growing at a quick pace and they only seem to care about new client acquisitions.
