Woman that came out did not have customer service qualifications. Service was poor. Did not use machine in backyard after informed of a second gate (surprised it wasn’t noticed by her inspection of the area). Paid in advance, but calling to cancel. Keep post updated as to weather or not issues a hassle free refund.

I used D&G Nature's Way Lawn Care last year and had a very frustrating experience with their billing and service management. Their billing process was extremely disorganized, and they repeatedly billed me for services while continuing to show up even after I called multiple times asking them to stop. I did not hire them for this season. Despite that, a year later they are still showing up and attempting to perform services I never requested. It seems like the company has been acquired or merged into a larger group, and since then everything appears completely mixed up internally. Regardless of the reason, customers should not have to deal with unauthorized service visits and billing confusion. This has been a very poor experience and extremely difficult to resolve. I would not recommend using this company.

Matthew, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your frustration. All services are continuous from season to season so we can make sure that your lawn gets the most consistent care possible. This has been the case in past seasons, and we do also try to send renewal emails between seasons requesting that you call if any adjustments to the plan are needed. We don't see that there was a call after your applications were completed last year to communicate that you wanted your services canceled. If you could please call our office at your earliest convenience, we would be happy to talk this through further so we can finalize a cancellation and any adjustments can be made. Thank you.
We were home and did not see anyone service our yard. There wasn't one of the little signs indicating to stay off the grass left either. I did see that two of the neighbors had the little signs. Bottom line I don't think we had the service.

I spent Sunday clearing my leaves for Monday service. On Monday, I was almost done clearing the leaves that fell overnight, when the driver went by. Parked at the end of the street and drove off. I called D&G and said service could not be performed when I’ve taken time out of my day two days in a row to clear the lawn. They told me I would have to reschedule 15 minutes after he drove off. Not the first issue I have had with D&G

My lawn looked horrible all summer. No recommendations ever made. I had more weeds than ever before. Paid for 5 treatments and only know for sure they treated 3 times as they don’t leave anything indicating they were there, not even a stake in the ground so people know to stay off. They said they would aerate for free because of my issues in the summer but never did. No chance I’ll ever use them again.

I have used this company for years and this year the weeds never go away. I paid in full for the season and I have called 3 times extra because weeds just keep coming up. Today the guy came out to spray for all the weeds and I go out and ask why they are so bad this year and if he can get rid of them. He tells me he has done this for 9 years and he knows how to spray and he only comes out and sprays normal. I ask him if he knows how to get the areas that are bad and he says if I spray the weeds extra it will kill the weeds and grass. I just want the weeds gone. No one else next to me has weeds. How can I get the lawn looking good again? Also the worker was very disrespectful and I didn’t want to say something to get heated because I felt he would have gotten more heated. Very confrontational type of person it seemed.

Unfortunately my recent D&G experience and associated lawn treatment resulted in a severe chemical burn across my entire lawn. I have attempted to schedule follow ups but D&G has not shown the interest or sense of urgency I would expect and I won’t be utilizing their services again.

I truly believe all of the good reviews about this company are FAKE! I called last week & spoke to a Michael who seemed very professional with taking my info. He said he would email me & they would contact us when someone could come out to the house to assess the lawn. Never received an email. 2 days ago, we received a call that someone would be coming out yesterday. NO ONE EVER CAME or called us to tell us they were not coming. We waited at home all day FOR NO REASON. Today, I received a message that someone would be coming out Tomorrow. After calling them back & speaking to 4 different people, no one could tell me WHY they never showed up or never contacted us to say they were not coming. They admitted that no one tried to call & they they never sent the original email but for some reason could not answer why. I told them to forget it and not come as they never showed up the first time or bothered to reach out to us and inform us that they were not coming yesterday. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, still never received a single email. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

Well want to let all my friends know and who ever else cares I would not use D&G Natures Way Lawn care ! My 91yr old Mother's yard which is always picture perfect is absolutely a mess . D&G "supposedly" treated her lawn for crabgrass ( it worked she has it all over ) , and fertilized it ( yeah right tons of bare spots ) and when she called to complain they said someone would be out today before 3pm. Well its now after 6pm and no call and no show ! They took her money via installments , and this is what she gets. I hope someone gives them the same service and courtesy they have given my Mom !! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS......

Used them for many years, the quality of service goes down each year. They seems not care customer any more as their business grows. You may see my lawn pictures, weed everywhere, poor fertilization, called them, they promised to come but didn't show up. I prepaid the whole year service. They are late for every single scheduled treatment. I wish I could have my money back and switch to someone else.
