Jason and his employee that he sent to help were absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. It was during the snow storm, I was physically sick to the point that I couldn't shovel on my own. So I called Jason for outside help. I was very detailed with him and specifically asked if they do snow shoveling. He said yes he could do that and even his website says they do shoveling. Anywho, I needed my car and walk way shoveled out. I told him that. He said he would be there 8am the next day. The next day I called at 10am to see if he was coming or not. He said he is sending an employee. He came at around 11am. Never introduced himself, just snow plowed my yard and my neighbors yard 🤣. And there was a shovel sticking out of the snow in my yard which he obviously didn't see, and plowed it into my house causing damage. The employee just drove away after that so was highly confused. I called Jason telling him what happened. His response" you never told me you need your walk way and car shoveled out, we are a snowplow service" Ahhhh yes I did sir and I'm not paying you for you causing damages. Also, why do you have on your site snow shoveling and ice romoval, if you're just a snow plow service? He gaslit me saying I never said that. They made a great parking lot for my neighbors that were tired of shoveling 🤣🤣. But that's not what I requested. Also the employee plowed a giant cinder block from my parking area into my yard. I hired help to clean their mess. Small claims is definitely in Jason's future. I have pictures and witnesses. Jason overall is very rude, a liar, doesn't live to his word and no integrity. When I asked him if he was going to cover the expense for the damage caused, his response " Get a life". Ok, guess he wants to go the legal route. Also folks, I got pics.....

Got my car stuck in my driveway. Needed a quick plow, he showed up within 20 minutes and he even pulled my car out for us with his truck. Great guy. Will be using his services in the future.

Unprofessional and unresponsive when contacting about billing questions or poorly done plowing. Happy to have my contract terminated with him. Notice that the positive reviews are all guys, probably his buddies. Questionable billing practices.
