We had a great experience with Jason and Brandon when we needed a bat removed from our pellet stove pipe. Jason sprayed our property for mosquitos and did so for free. Just asked that we leave a good review (which we did) and that if we liked the results from the spray to call at any time to have the property sprayed again (of course at a price which we were fine with). Just called to get on the subscription for the mosquitos and the woman that answered the phone was so snotty. I am not sure what her problem was. We were inquiring about the serve and as we will be moving in the next couple months, how we would cancel the subscription. We then asked about when someone would be out and she said they were a month out and that we would have better luck calling another company. Like what? 😳 y'all are going to lose customers and potential customers with someone like that behind the phone. The attitude was odd as we were understanding about the busy schedule. She acted like our questions irritated her. Any way we won't be calling back.

Trent treated my wife and kids with the utmost respect. But lets not forget how Trisha set him up for success with her amazing customer service as well! 10/10 recoomend!

Two people showed up to the house and were great, nice, down to earth, fast and affordable. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

We've been using MI Pest for a couple of years now and am VERY happy with their services. We were having recurring issues with rodents getting into the house and they were so responsive when working with us to try to track down the root cause (ridge vent). Once that was repaired, we've been rodent free for almost a year now. We highly recommend MI Pest.

We've used MI Pest for mice and bat issues and have had a great experience, especially working with Brandon. He's responsive, communicative and very diligent, even making extra trips back to make sure everything was sealed off. I also appreciate that they are one of few pest companies that offer exclusion work without the use of rodenticide. Don't believe what some pest companies will tell you--the poisons do harm apex predators like owls. It's also a slow cruel death for the mice. Most humane option is using snap traps and seal up entry points.

MI Pest is worth every penny! They are incredibly thorough and always go above and beyond to protect our home. I love that they notify us of other potential issues too. Exceptional service!

Was a visitor at the Bp station in Frankfort and while pumping gas spiders webs were all over the pump handles and all over the building exterior.I was there sept 1 and This isn’t a lead I was told by the attendant that your company does the pest bug control at this locations and they are your customer. Spiders and webs everywhere.

John at MI pest went above and beyond to assist us with removal of hornets. He was very helpful and explained what pest we were dealing with, how he was going to treat the situation and what we could expect. He was able to provide a quick turn around time as well. He was so great to work with, we cancelled our current pest service and signed up with MI Pest for bi-monthly routine treatments. Thank you John & MI Pest!!

Thank you!! Mark came out same day to resolve a bad wasp nest inside my wall below the kitchen window that allowed wasps to somehow find their way into the house... I literally killed 100 or more before he sprayed and another 100 or more after he sprayed... thank you Mark!!

Excellent service and response time. I was lucky! We had an urgent situation with ground hornets and guys here doing work on the house. They nested right where the access to the crawlspace is and they needed in. We needed the hornets sorted right away; especially because my mother is allergic.
