Did a great job removing hornet nests.

Over charge me by $850 on sign contract as of yet no refund . Broke 3 appointments with no call , text or emails . Told me to give them 10 days for refund . Small claims court I will file on 11th days

We had two wasp nests. One was through a tiny hole to the crawl space. Six hours later, there is absolutely no wasp activity. Wonderful. On the back patio, there were some wasp nest clumps left on our patio furniture, but the wasps are gone.

Tech alerted me by text 45 minutes ago before arriving. I was on the front porch when he arrived and I queried him about whether he needed me to go inside (aka was he spraying/fogging the yard. He assured me there was no problem as this visit was to remove insects from the windows/soffits. He proceeded with his work and finished up. Very pleasant and courteous and efficient. I have enjoyed the fruits of their labor over this summer, no mosquitoes, no ants, …..
