I was very happy to see Ashley again at my property today for tick/mosquito service. She is a real credit to Ford's HTS. Meticulous and thorough, it's obvious that doing a high quality job is very important to her.

Servicing Technician arrived very promptly, he was knowledgeable, performed a thorough treatment and explained in detail what was going to be done and why. I will gladly have this company back again when the need arises.

Robert Rusha is the nicest guy, he took care of the a hornets nest and another small one inside my grill. He also sprayed around the house as part of the service. Very pleased every time he has been here

Dean was outstanding!!. He came for my first scheduled followup since the first service I had a number of months ago. So this visit is included in the fee I paid. He has excellent communication skills, and explained everything to me including his findings.

Justin arrived exactly on time to spray the white face hornet's nest discovered last Friday. He explained the steps he was going to take to take care of the problem and assured me that the nest would no longer be a problem for me. I can now get this particular tree trimmed and others cut in the area without the personnel getting stung. Excellent service Justin! Thank you!

From their more senior folks like Rob, Robert, and Dennis, to their newer technicians, they are courteous and generous with their expertise. Timothy Bull visited today, and was professional, thorough, and thoughtful throughout. As long as Ford's keeps people like Tim, I will keep working with Ford's!
