STAY FAR AWAY!!! This company is practicing unethical and fraudulent behavior. On 3/14/26 two men pulled up to our house in a small pickup truck and proceeded to lean a ladder against our house. When asked why they were there and they said they were cleaning the gutters. I immediately told them that they were not authorized to do so. They showed me a card that is routinely put on a doorknob and I called the number on the card. I told the man that answered that we never authorized a gutter c
I have used several gutter cleaning services but Ned Stevens is the most professional including customer service via phone and email, work done at the house cleaning gutters and installing new downspouts. The crew showed me the busted seams on the old downspouts they removed. Quotes are submitted in writing very professionally with tentative dates included. They text you when on the way. They performed an extra service at no extra charge securing a downspout to the house after another contactor
