Your technicians came out to my home, and I walked them through all areas of concern, including what the previous technician from your company had done. I pointed out the access hole in my bedroom ceiling that had been intentionally cut so chemicals could be applied to the attic space — a method recommended by the last technician. I was surprised when the technician told me he could not treat that area because he did not have a Phillips screwdriver. He also mentioned the ladder had already been put back in the truck. This was concerning because the previous technician told me this was an important area to treat, and I had made it accessible for that purpose. I ultimately provided my own screwdriver and ladder so the work could be completed. To be honest, it felt like the technician would not have done this portion of the job if I hadn’t questioned it and provided the tools. After they left, I inspected the door frames and noticed the main door frame had not been caulked. I had to call the office for someone to return and finish the work. Additionally, I ended up vacuuming under each door frame myself because the technicians said they did not have a vacuum with them. Overall, I felt that several parts of the service would have been overlooked if I had not been on site and actively monitoring the work.

I’m not sure but I think the technician’s name was Felix! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and overall outstanding!

Blake is the best ! Very honest with what we needed. Was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable as well. As a first time home owner he was reassuring! Can’t recommend this company and Blake enough !

I observed a pest control technician spraying a pesticide known to be toxic to pollinators, including into the air and toward neighboring properties. This practice directly contradicts the product labeling, which explicitly advises against spraying into the air. Upon further investigation, I sent someone to inquire about the substance and purpose of the application. The technician claimed he was only spraying around the base of the house for ants using Tal-Star. However, this raises concerns about proper usage and adherence to safety guidelines. Please exercise caution when thinking of hiring them.

They get paid by property management to place blame on tenants for bed bug issues in apt buildings. They had not even checked other Apts to rule out fault.

The person who comes to our facility is Dustin. He is someone that always does a good job. He is pleasant to all the departments he needs to visit. I personally feel comfortable contacting him when he isn't at our facility to ask a question or talk to him about any issues. Kudos to a ob well done!
