Totally unprofessional, no call no show on more than one occasion. I’m still waiting for them to call me back.

I’ve used Heritage Pest Control’s services for a few years and have been consistently impressed with their ability to fit you into their schedule, the thoroughness of their work, and their customer service. Most recently, Jessa helped me schedule something ASAP around the holidays and around my work schedule. The technician, Chris, came in and did the work quickly and explained things to me along the way. His thoughtfulness regarding avoiding putting any sort of traps or bait stations in my children’s rooms was really appreciated. I would gladly continue working with them in the future.

I had a rat problem that my management team was neglecting, finally when my management team gave me their pest control group’s number I was given Heritage Pest Control’s phone number. I spoke to Jessa who was so kind and helpful. She did such a great job at listening to my concerns and understanding why I was so overwhelmed and stressed about the situation, and because of that she immediately sent someone the next morning and even gave me her personal number to keep me updated. Chris came in to inspect and work on the problem and went above and beyond!!!!!!!! Not only did he just help us out with the problem was initially called for but inspected our entire apt and basement to see if there was anything wrong and if there was anything he could do (which he found SO many things we weren’t even aware of) if you’re in the Boston general area, please call them for your pest control needs!!!!!!!!!

I was very happy with the service provided to remove a wasp nest at my home. Jessica took my request, and promptly scheduled the same day service. She communicated via text every step of the way and I was sent photos of the completed work when the job was done. Payment was easily done over Venmo. The entire process was very well organized. I would absolutely recommend Heritage for any job of this type.

We called heritage services for help with a bee problem on our house citing the quickly responded, assess the situation and treated it. They continue to monitor the area to prevent future issues. It turned out to be yellow jackets, not bees. Thank you heritage services for your professionalism and expedited service.

Called for them to remove a hornets nest at my house. Was thinking that they can put me on their schedule, however, when I called, I got someone who took down my info and said that someone would give me a call back. I assume that this was their secretary or call center? No one ever called me back. It’s been over 2 days now. Very turned off by lack of response. If you were busy and couldn’t do the job, just say so.

Scott from Heritage came to patch up a mouse hole. He fixed the hole and then checked all the other closets and spaces in which the mice could come in. Thank goodness. No more mouse poop to clean up.
