Pest Avengers

I have been using Pest Avengers for about 3+ years and couldn’t be happier with them. I was having a mice problem and Corey came out, inspected the house very thoroughly, and applied the necessary treatments needed. I am currently enrolled on their quarterly treatment plan which is financially better and most importantly I can cross it off the list. Tina reached out when its time for Corey to come by and I never have to think about it. Most recently, I noticed some rat holes and they easily applied the treatment for just $10 more a month instead of charging me for a complete new set of treatments. Highly Recommend!!

They may remove pest, but they are the true nuisance on the roadway. Never have I seen such disrespectful and unprofessional driving if you want them there fast go ahead and call them. Hopefully they don’t crash through your front door.

I have been using Pest Avengers for years and I wish there were more stars than 5 bc they deserve it. I have used other companies before and they aren’t even worth the comparison. I have moved a few times and Corey, the owner, has come to each of my houses with no problem at all for the relocation. I have also had to call at the last minute bc I either forgot to schedule an appointment and/or had bugs/mice. Corey has come out every single time as soon as he could, some times even in the same day (for extreme cases/if he was in the area). He went above and beyond sealing places off that weren’t done by 3 other pest companies. Pest Avengers also has a flat rate monthly subscription, which I took full advantage of and has been a huge money saver. The other companies I have used didn’t offer this. And this isn’t pest related but he has ALWAYS remembered my son’s name since the very first day he came to the house. And he makes sure to always say hello to him before he starts working. I cannot recommend this company enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Cory came to the house and we had last minute requests. He was so kind and helped us with our last minute requests. We recommend him to anyone who has bugs, bees or wasps!

Would highly recommend! Was having an issue with hornets getting stuck in my screen door and Corey was able to squeeze us in at the end of his day. Not only did he take care of the hornets but he found the nest being formed. He took care of that, as well as spraying the rest of house so nothing else can form. I have had no issues since then.

Corey is as friendly as he is professional. We trust Corey with ant, mice, mosquito and pest management at multiple properties. He does the work, but he is also capable of providing high level advise. Communicating with Tina in the office is always smooth, too. Excellent work and outstanding customer service!

Corey came in when everything else had failed. He was at my house next business day. He was kind and respectful (the first person to cover his shoes instead of bringing in mud!) He went through the whole house and placed traps to make sure that I had the coverage I needed and sealed off openings. He is very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me as he worked. He was also extremely quick doing so. His costs are reasonable for the service he’s providing and he doesn’t come in asking you to sign monthly contracts or services you don’t need. I highly recommend his services and have already sent him another client.

Great experience. Cory came out the next day and removed a hornet nest. Knowledgeable, friendly, and great execution. Easy communication and payment.

Do NOT fall for their scam. They conveniently forget to leave out the fact their ‘3-month warranty’ is only for 2 visits.

Pest Avengers couldn’t have been better. Responded quickly on a Saturday and fit us in with a visit on Christmas Eve. Service was professional and technician answered every question with clear depth of knowledge. Within a week our mouse problem had disappeared. Can’t recommend highly enough, if any mice show up again they’ll be the only call we make.

Squirrel keeping me up all night long called Pest Avengers 2 hrs later they installed a one way door in my attic and fixed the holes so No Squirrels could not reenter my house

HORRIBLE!! Was not able to get rid of my bee problem and then was really rude to me about it. I don’t recommend at all

I'm a property manager. They broke a appliance and was a no show for the first appointment with no call. They said they would fix the appliance and never did. Then I heard from me and owner about 5 different stories from 3 different people I spoke with from this company. Then I got a call from the owner who said he refuses to fix it unless we take down the negative remarks and pays for the repair service and his service. I said I will pay for his service and take down the negative remarks which are all true. He said we are at a impass I will see you in court. I then said you really run a repretable business then he started sweating and cursing at me. And I didn't answer I just hung up. So unprofessional. And threatened to counter sue for multiple thing that we didn't even do, he claims we harassed him, no we wanted them to fix what they broke. We have witnesses and the tech owned up to it. But in the end management showed they are horrible.

Horrible experience with this company. I made an appointment for 2 seperate units for treatment. They never showed up for the first appointment (Friday). Only when I asked about if they were able to make it out (now Monday), they realized that their tech never showed up. Had I not followed up, this would've gone unnoticed. They sent someone out later on Monday to do the treatment. I had another appointment already booked for Tuesday for a different unit. The tech showed up, but he shattered the oven glass door while performing the treatment. Even though the tech took full responsibility, the company's rep keeps dancing around the fact that "screws were missing" which is why it broke so easily. That is not how stoves work. They agreed to replace the glass and I assumed they had taken care of it. 2.5 weeks later, my tenant reaches out to get an update on this and turns out they are "in the process of ordering it". Horrible. Responses are lacking and I kept getting left on read. During all this time, I never received an invoice or a report. Terrible management, and even worse customer service. Be careful before booking this company. I'll have my attorneys reaching out as everything is documented.

Wow, this company is great. Quick response time and came out in less than two hours after me reaching out. I found two wasps nest at my house, and Corey came out within two hours of me reaching out. He was so helpful, answered all of my questions, and told me if I had any issues to reach out to him. I will definitely be working with Corey and his team again.

I had a bald face hornet nest underneath the overhang at my front door. I contacted Pest Avengers through Thumbtack, quick response, and they were out the next day. Nick showed up early for the appointment and was very professional and friendly. He explained the process and within 20 minutes my problem was resolved. I would not hesitate to contact Pest Avengers again should I have a problem, or to refer a friend. Nick represents the company well. Thanks again.

I called him and he came right away. No questions asked. I haven’t heard any activity in two weeks. I’m super happy with the result.

We were originally scheduled for our annual tick and mosquito yard spray but found a wasp nest 2 days before our appointment (my grandfather got stung on his nose!). We reached out to Tina and she said Corey will take care of it when he came by. He came a day sooner and went above and beyond to make sure every part of the yard was thoroughly sprayed and killed and disposed of the wasps nest. I highly recommend Pest Avengers!
