Came to my house 4 times did not provide the service as ask- came unprepared every single time. Still charged the 300 dollar for original service FOR TWO MOUSE TRAPs on a window sill???? which is not what I wanted for service. This place is a scam service was supposedly done July 8th been calling for 2 weeks no call back. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Report them to the better business bureau because they are horrible. Use local services that actually have people to directly connect to.

Jeremy was really great.. very experienced and really cared about my mouse problem. I am concerned about constant changes in technicians and very little communication between technicians. Because I am in the woods.. it’s a constant battle with mice and it takes someone like graham or Jeremy to actually want to make it the best it can be.
