Update: Julio's back! String of bad luck. Stay tuned! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I think these folks may be out of business. They missed their March application, and no one has answered the phone for the last two weeks. They used to be quite good. Sad!

I would give this company ZER0 stars if i could. They were supposed to do a mice and cockroach extermination in my apartment and literally the next day i found mice droppings on my stove. They did not do thier job correctly.

Gladiator Pest Control is the best. I cannot recommend them enough. They have completely resolved my issues in less than 24 hours and they could not have been nicer people to work with, both on the phone and in person. Starting with Brooke, who was so professional, helpful, & incredibly nice on the phone, and I could tell was really trying to do her best to get someone to be able to come out as quickly as possible. I honestly do not run across customer service representatives like Brooke every day! She was excellent. I had called 7 companies before I reached Gladiator, and I stopped calling after I spoke with Brooke, because I wanted to work with her. Julio and Billy came to the house this morning and were also professional, efficient,super nice and very trustworthy. They have our business for life now. Great people and great service.

There are only five stars here, but I would easily give this company ten stars! I had squirrels living in the roof of my porch and I called a few places to get prices. Then I saw the Gladiator logo, which I thought was eye catching, so I called. I spoke to Brooke who answered the phone and wow did she know her stuff! She was the only one who told me exactly how they get the squirrels out and how to know they were gone for good AND they quoted a price way less than the others. Julio then came out to do the work and he was top notch! I can't say enough about the service, the price, the responsiveness and the overall professional demeanor that both Brook and Julio exhibited! So bottom line is if you're not using this company then you're missing out!

I highly recommend Gladiator. We had a family of squirrels nesting in our chimney. Julio and Bill showed up the day after we called and began trapping. They return for five consecutive days until the job was done. I am grateful for Gladiator‘s very professional and timely response. They washed and cleaned the area once everything was all set. We are very pleased with the service Gladiator provided and highly recommend them.
