I called and the owner Mike answered the phone. Explained we had a wasp situation in front of our house. 45 minutes later Steve arrived and took care of the situation. He did a great job getting rid of the bees and we are finally able to use our front porch again. They were Awesome to work with. Would highly recommend using Andover Pest Control

We experienced a swarm of yellow jackets over the weekend. Called Andover Pest Control. Steve was at the house in an hour. He checked the situation and explained his plan. Easy to work with. Took about 90 minutes to complete the work. Went over everything with me. The yellow jackets are gone. Great experience.

Mike was fantastic, he showed up the next day after a brief call and explanation of my problem and took care of the yellowjackets in no time. He explained everything to me before he left and put the front stairs back to normal like he never even touched them. Great work and will be calling again in the future if we need it.

We spent weeks filling holes and setting traps inside and out for mice. We caught a bunch but we were still seeing droppings around so we felt it was time to call a pro. We were looking for a local experienced professional and we found that in John Demarkis. John knows mice! He found an old nest in some insulation in the basement and pointed out some sticky stuff on a wire he called sebum which was left by mice as they travel. He also shared the best traps and how to judge the strength of the poison by the color and how each type of poison works. He's been doing this for years and has a keen eye for what to fix. I was happy to hear that we did alot right already. Another reason for 5 stars is that Andover Pest Control was the only company that I called who responded immediately and offered to come right away. I learned from John that that is the company's mo. They focus on responding same day. And the price for the inspection was fair. I recommend them 100%.

A yellow car from this company made a left turn without yielding and forced straight traffic to stop. Very rude.

When we first arrived to take ownership of our new restaurant location in Andover, the previous tenants surely had a mouse problem. We took over with Andover Pest, its now been a full 12 months ... Not one sign of any pest anywhere for an entire year! Another A+ 100% score!

One of the techs was driving erratically and almost hit me and another vehicle. When I called to inform the company, the person on the phone was very dismissive and condescending. I wouldn't bother doing business with this company if this is the way they treat people.

I had to get rid of a raccoon was trying to get into the house rip the roof apart and walls. I could hear it at night. Mike came by he’s a super friendly guy he’s very knowledgeable and help us get it overnight. Stepped out the next morning and it was caught. If you’re in a similar situation as mine I’d say definitely hit them up it’s worth every penny!
