I’ve used Savatree for two projects now and couldn’t be happier! Last year, they completed multiple tree removals for us, and more recently they removed another tree, trimmed the trees along our tree line and by our garage. Dean was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions about our trees, which was especially great since it’s a new house for us. Sav A Tree, experts in saving and removing trees when necessary. Initially contacted them in the summer to save arborvitae trees that were in poor health. The treatments were very successful and the trees visually looked healthier within a matter of weeks. Through the fall determined that it would be best to take down an old oak tree that overhung the garage and driveway. Found that Sav A Tree also takes down trees. Scheduled to have the work performed in the winter. The crew that came were very polite, professional and exceedingly accommodating. I requested that I keep the wood with brush and asked if it could be put in designated areas. I had low expectations since I was paying more for taking down the tree, not organizing where it goes after. The crew worked effectively, efficiently and above all safely to take down the tree without any damage to surrounding areas. The wood and brush was stacked neatly where I requested. They even raked up the loose branches and brush, putting it into neat piles. Overall everyone involved was great! Thank you so much to everyone for all the hard work and effort! I feel reassured by the quality of work performed by Sav A Tree and look forward to many years of continued business!

I hired Sav A Tree to trim and prune my Japanese Maple tree that was getting much too large for the front of my house. Laura came to my house to give me an estimate and a narrative of what was to be done to the tree. I had expressed that I wanted the top of the tree pruned also. She assured me that her team would show up with a bucket truck and they would easily be able to reach the top of the tree. When the day came for the crew to show up and trim the tree, three men showed up with tree pruning sticks, and did an awesome job, pruning it and cleaning up, but the issue was they were not able to reach the top of the tree. The weather was not agreeable that day and a storm was on the way so I assumed that was the reason for no bucket truck. After receiving the rest of the invoice from SavaTree, I wrote to Laura and said I am absolutely going to pay this bill because your men showed up and did the job, but I was disappointed that they did not trim the top of the tree. Laura called me the next day and apologized for not being able to get to the top of the tree and that she would schedule the bucket truck on their next opportunity to come to the house and finish the job. I was skeptical that it would ever happen but a couple days later Laura called and said if you’re available, I’m coming there tomorrow with the bucket truck and the crew to finish the job. We agreed on the date and the next day her crew showed up with a bucket truck. They pruned the top of the tree, they cleaned up every branch and were very respectful of the property and did a fantastic job. I cannot commend Laura, her crew and company enough. Laura had given me her word and stood behind her word, something that is rare these days. I highly recommend save a tree for any type of tree work that suits your needs.

We had SavATree check things out in our back yard - a tree was removed & several other trees were trimmed. They were excellent & the price was fair. Very knowledgeable as arborists.

Kyle is very knowledgeable. He gave me great advice and helped me get on a decent property management path. The guys were also great in the execution of this year’s plan.

It took a while to get them here, but Benjamin Dugdale and team were fabulous: efficient, communicative, and most importantly, kind to the tree.

Unbelievable how our lawn has transformed! I didn't think our lawn could look so beautiful. They even got rid of the 'unriddable' nutsedge. I highly recommend.

I called SavaTree 1 year ago for tree pruning. They (Kyle) said my tree would benefit with fertilizer. I agreed. I had to put my CC info in their portal they sent me for payment. I did not reschedule any services for this year. An employee showed up at my house in October fertilizing around my tree. My husband went out and told the person we did not order or authorize this. He got in his truck and left. They billed my CC for a service I did not want or authorize. I feel this was very deceptive and illegal!!!

SavATree has been an awesome company to deal with. They have always checkin with us in the spring and final treatment in the fall. Always left treatment notices on the door. My lawn has looked great using savATree. Unfortunately we are moving if you have a branch in or near Hudson Nh please let us know. Hired them to clear out a tree limb that fell over and to generally trim back the pines around our back yard. They were careful to minimize collateral damage and generally did a clean job of the tree trimming. I would have liked for them to trim the trees a bit further back, as some of the overhangs still look long and likely to snap in a couple of years, if we don't call them to trim them again.

I had a contract for tree and lawn maintenance with SavATree for three years. The second year, I lost two mature trees to fungus they failed to treat. The third year, 1/2 of the lawn completely died, prompting me to terminate the contract. I spent several thousand dollars and had the worst lawn in the neighborhood. I received no assistance or offers to correct the situation, just terrible customer service.

After my third season with SavATree, I continue to have many trees dying and my lawn looks terrible. Very disappointing. Lots of excuses; soil too wet, too dry, desease, winter too cold, summer too hot, etc. Stick to cutting trees down and change the name of your company.

I am disappointed with the little amount of pruning that occurred. 2 years ago I had this company and they did a nice job. I had.a crew of 4 people and equipment here for almost 8 hours. This time, for the same job I had 2 people for a little less time and it was more expensive. Susan S

If you like companies that say they are coming but never show and never call then this company is for you!!! “FOUR” years in a row of no calls no shows. They truly don’t care about their customers or value their time. You’re just another number to them. It’s my own fault for letting it go on for so long. I’ve brought it to their attention but it falls on deaf ears. In my defense I thought they would get better. They make you feel like you’re not a valued customer. Communication, communication, communication, all it takes is a simple phone call and you would be amazed at how understanding people are, but to stand them up, disrespectful!!!!
