Mike is a very nice person that provides a valuable service, but seems totally unable to adhere to the terms of a contract. We have had him manage our termite bait systems, foundation treatments, and interior preventative pest control for almost three years. The first year he scheduled six different treatments for various issues. I requested the second year that he combine various services so that it was a quarterly service, per the contract (and I wasn't paying additional service fees for the additional two). He seemed to make an effort, but wouldn't adjust my schedule this year to fit the quarterly timeline again--after being asked to do so. We live on a budget and I'll need to find someone that can stick with the agreed upon services at the agreed upon times.

I have been using Direct Pest Control for 4 years. My first call was to remedy termites that invaded our 8 year old home. Termites found their way into our foundation to an area of the home that had some water damage from a small leak from a flat roof. Direct Pest Control provided me a fair estimate to solve our problem and provides us a regular maintenance program that is affordable and worth the investment to protect our home. For the past 3 years, we have tiny ants that get into the house which Direct Pest Control solves with treatments around the foundation. Direct Pest Control even goes further around our property to identify areas not near the foundation and treats those areas. Direct Pest Control is reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable in eradicating these kinds of pests. I own multiple homes in different states and my experience with Pest Control in Massachusetts here in the Southshore has been consistently excellent compared to different companies that have systems but in my opinion are excessively priced. I can count on Direct Pest Control. They partner with me to protect my home.
