He spent a significant amount of time to ensure he conducted a thorough search inside and outside our home to locate entry points for mice. Initially, I engaged their services to address a specific pest issue, and I have since continued to retain their services as a preventative measure. I have been using Atlantis PST for 10 Years now and not goin anywhere. Very professional team. The products work very well on Rodents and Ants. This company will give you a peace of mind. They will come back if any issues. They have warranty as well which clearly tells you they care for the type of services provided. You can imagine my fright walking in my backyard and coming across this huge hive hanging up in a tree. I gave Atlantis a call and Jim came out very quickly to deal with a bald-faced hornet's nest! He made the process look easy and made swift work of it. We also had an issue with ants entering our home and he gave us pointers on how to keep them away, as well as spraying the perimeter of our house. We've been ant free since and are so grateful we don't have any more uninvited guests. Jim was such a pleasure to deal with and the whole process went smoothly! I would highly recommend Atlantis Pest Management to anyone needing their services.

We've only used Atlantis Pest for the past several years because of their professionalism, expertise and thoroughness, but principally because of the results. We've never had to have a call-back or re-treatment, as in each instance whether it was mice, ants or wasps it was a "once and done". Jim has always done a very thorough inspection each time and never leaves you with any unaswered questions. He is very knowledgeable at his craft, as well as being well mannered and courteous. He takes the time to explain what he has found and the recommended treatment and they always work! Also, we've never been pressured into any upsell programs as we had experienced with those other "franchised companies" that you see advertised on TV.

I noticed some carpenter ants in my den Called and spoke with Mike who gave me two honest quotes and what they included. Tim showed up soon after (really fast like an hour or so) he was very polite and knowledgable put down the gel in all of the places he thought the ants may be and explained that it may take two to three weeks to see results...did a thorough scan of my house gave me some pointers and recommendations. Great service! Now if it works I will definitely give 5 stars

This is the worst Customer service that I have experienced in my life. Do not book this guy, Michael. He is very unprofessional and rude to his clients. He is nice when you first speak to him but he doesn’t do the job and when you call him for the second week checkup because the work is not done, he goes psycho on his clients. He is crazy, unprofessional, and super disrespectful. If you don’t want your money wasted. Do not book him. I repeat, do not book him.

Very reponsive and thorough

Found swarming insects near the foundation of our home. Panic'd and called these guys as well as Terminix becasue we figured they were termites. Mike from Atlantis called us back within the hour and helped us identify the insects over the phone. We sent him pictures and he walked us through how to identify them. They turned out NOT to be termites (phew) but in fact, are called "citronella ants" and are non-harmful to the house and do not do damage. Aparently these swarm around here in the early fall and are often mistaken for termites. So grateful. Atlantis did not try and sell us something we didn't need - and I no longer need to waste my time on saturday morning waiting for terminix to arrive! Thank you!!!!
