SCAM! They lock you into a year long service with 80% cancellation fees, which is insane in its own right even for a good service. But the service itself is minimal (or potentially non existent). I signed up for spraying for spiders / ants on the exterior of the house and along the basement baseboards. The day I signed up this was done.
