Since our family started to use Mosquito Joe we haven’t had any issues with mosquitoes or ticks in our yard this season. It’s a relief to know we can go outside to our pool after the sun goes down and no bugs are bothering us. And everyone in their office is very friendly and accommodating.

I have used the service for 3 years now, and I recommend it. I can relax in my yard throughout the summer and never see a mosquito. They spray on schedule, and the staff is always professional.

I've been very happy with Mosquito Joe of Plymouth / Cape Cod! No mosquito service can get rid of every bug, but Mosquito Joe does pretty well. Most of all, their office is responsive and communicative. We've rescheduled, cancelled and added services and all it takes is a call to their office. I love that!

We were in need of a last-minute mosquito treatment about a week in advance of a summer cookout, and the folks at Mosquito Joe were wonderful to work with! The man I spoke with was so kind and walked me through options. The company also had very clear email and text communication, so I knew a day in advance of when the treatment was happening, as well as when they were on their way, so I could prepare ahead of time. Overall fantastic experience.

Bad customer service with my property infested with mosquitos. With them making excuses as to why I still had these issues and they tried charging my card for coming to fix it I wouldn’t recommend This company.

I have used mosquito Joe since the beginning of summer, 1st treatment was great, 2nd better , then we called as the bugs were very active, we watched the technican spray our neighbors yard and then they left we were waiting for them to come to our home but found out the technician sprayed the wrong house. Then we called and they sent out another tech but he was here for not very long, my wife called again and the technican came out was here for 5mins. You call no answer, then they call you back 4,5,6 hrs later and said sorry we were out spraying. I find that not an excuse for not answering your phone. Very disappointed and will be canceling my treatments and will go with a different company.
