Owner Mark and wife Jen are prompt, but have incredibly abrasive communication style, and offer differing and continuously moving quotes. Harassed for payment before identifying an exact quote, then returned and removed the SINGLE trap they installed without finding any and all entrances (this is standard for removal), due to miscommunication between the husband and wife team. Warning: don't speak up, or question the process OR their quote, without fear of reprisal. I recommend Weston from ARC Wildlife Removal out of Cape Cod OR Dale from Baystate Wildlife.

The Wildlife extractors are the best! My husband thought he heard something in the attic one night and the next day we called to see when we could get someone out to take a look. Mark and Pete come first thing in the morning and got right to work. They went up on ladders and looked at the whole house and found no evidence of anything outside. Same thing in the attic. They were very thorough and very professional and we highly recommend them.

The team at Wildlife Extractors is excellent. 2 years ago we moved into a beautiful new home - fully updated. After a month, there were bats flying throughout the house. We contacted a few places and Wildlife Extractors was the only company that was professional, prompt and great at explaining what was going on. We were freaked out to say the least. They arrived on time. All conversations on the phone were professional and they were super nice. Their team arrived and sealed every inch of the exterior. We never had an issue again. A month ago my daughter heard something in the wall behind her bed. We called them and they were here quickly. Did a complete review of the exterior spaces--to find everything was sealed tightly. They showed us a number of places where mice had burrows and explained the 5 different types of mice that live in MA...including the deer/tree mouse. Suggested we call an exterminator and likely a foundation company to repoint parts of the foundation. All for free. I feel more confident using them than any other contractor we've needed to use while living here.

Birds had made a nest in my bathroom vent and I wanted them removed promptly, and humanely. I’m so glad I called Wildlife Extractors! They are true professionals and I would not hesitate to use them again.
CRAZY EDDIE !!!!!
Honest and helpful. Had a noise that we were sure was a chipmunk or squirrel eating away inside our wall. They immediately knew it was something other than an animal. They checked inside and out and then figured out after hearing the same sound we had heard and said it was plumbing. We had the heating system flushed and noise is gone. I offered twice to pay them for their time and they said they did not want any money. They did work for me years ago as well sealing up for birds and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company. Integrity goes a long way.

I wish there was a negative 1 star that I could give this company. I called them on 1/27/24 as they had great reviews. My husband and I had heard an animal inside my chimney/fireplace and we contacted them to have the animal removed. The gentleman that answered the phone was polite and reassuring. He stated that they won't charge anything until they come to the home to assess the situation and to determine if there is indeed an animal inside the chimney. They booked an appointment with me on Tuesday 1/30/24 to come check out our chimney. On Tuesday morning, three male representatives came to the home for the assessment. One of the male reps told me that he saw racoon footprints on the side of my house and that he believes there's a racoon inside the fireplace. Another male rep attempted to check my fireplace and told me that he couldn't open the fluke due to the weight and pressure from the racoon inside. He stated that they would set up a trap for the racoon and they did. I tried to explain to him that I hadn't heard any noises since Saturday and I thought the animal had left. The male rep also explained that a racoon could sleep/hibernate for months. Therefore, he said he would set up the trap and drive around the neighborhood to see if the racoon has entered the trap. He even advised me to board up my fireplace so that my newborn baby wouldn't get sick because racoons carry "roundworm virus" and it can be dangerous. They charged me $1695.00 for the removal of the racoon. Two weeks later, I received a phone call from their secretary stating that they made a mistake and that they didn't think it was an animal inside my fireplace and that it could just be debris. I was very confused and worried at this point. How could a group of "experts" confuse the weight of a racoon/animal with debris? I proceeded to ask if I was going to be refunded my money or partially as they made a mistake and the sectary became defensive and angry. Instead, she suggested that they would give me a chimney cap for free. I proceeded to tell her that I didn't care to receive a chimney cap for free because I just paid them $1695.00 for an animal removal. However, there was no animal in the chimney. The secretary reassured me that she would have Mark Hedlund call me back to further discuss the matter. The week went by and no one has called me. On 2/27/24, the company showed up to my house and proceeded to cap off my chimney, which I did not agree upon. They didn't even have the audacity to let me know that they were outside of my home or on my roof. They simply left me a note in my mailbox. Overall, I believe the representatives knew from day 1 that the animal was gone but still proceeded to charge me $1695.00. As a new home owner with a newborn baby I truly believe they took advantage of me. I was afraid and took their word but they're fraudulent and not to be trusted.
