I direct a child care center and we contacted Steve's Lawn Care about 2 years ago. They have done a great job fertilizing our lawn, helping it to grow and helping with mowing, general clean up and spring mulch as well as fall cleanup. It was hard to find a good consistent company and Steve has been great!

Can’t say enough good things about Steve’s lawn care. We had a tough drought this summer with the water ban (no well or sprinklers) which put us in a tough spot with our lawn. Alex came out late August and said he’ll have it back in a couple weeks and our lawn came back looking the best it’s ever looked. We fertilize and do a regular aeration / overseed through Steve’s lawncare - these guys know lawns and they know the area. We have been using Steve's lawn care for a few years now and have had excellent results and received many compliments on the condition of our lawn from friends and neighbors . Unfortunately during the Summer Months where there can be restrictions on the ability to water your lawn and you get usual drying out of the grass in exposed areas and brown spots. Steve's fall aerating , over seeding and fertilizer treatments really helps a my lawn to recover and return back to its original condition. Steve's team has been courteous and provide the proper seasonal applications in a timely manner according to the program for my lawn.

Horrible customer service. I’ve given them about $2,000 to get my lawn improved and it doesn’t look any better. I left a message for a call back asking for re-assessment due to unsatisfactory results and was spoken to really rude and was told by Steve “that he’s already given me enough of his time”. I was promised a “Fenway park” by the end of the season and my neighbor’s lawn (who didn’t re-seed, fertilize, and has NO irrigation system) looks better than mine. I’ve never been talked to this way by a company. I’m a very kind person and Steve barely let me get a word in. Go somewhere else where you are treated and talked to better.

I have been with Steve's Lawn Care for more than 4 years now. I love their attentiveness to lawn care. They take the time to walk the yard with you address any questions/concerns. The products they use are safe and not the harsh chemicals that other companies use. It's refreshing to see a business in today's "me first" world who will actually stop and carry on a conversation with you. Alex has been taking care of my lawn from the start. I have learned so much from him. I love him and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that you give Steve's a call, you won't regret it.

After using several different lawn care companies we were referred to Steve's a few years ago and never looked back. The work is always first class and the crew's are so respectful they are a testament to the company. We just had the mulch done and the edging is amazing, they always do that little bit extra for you, turns a good job into a great job. We have a contract with them for the year and i honestly never have to worry or even call them, they just show up on time and leave the place always looking better than it did!

Discussed with Steve prior to hiring that we don't use chemicals and Steve agreed not to use them on our lawn. Sent his employee to put chemicals on our lawn. After stopping the employee, assuming that it was a misunderstanding, I look out to see the employee putting them on our lawn again. I spoke with the employee again and he said he called Steve after we spoke & Steve told him to apply The chemicals. The employee said Steve said if I won't allow it, he'll find me another landscaper. At that point, I was happy to find another landscaper. Complete disregard for our agreement, our yard, and our lawncare requirements. And Steve never reached out again to follow up, apologize, or anything.
