We called to have a tech remove yellow jacket nests. We’ve been stung and someone in our home is allergic. The tech was nice but not qualified. He removed a faux nest we had hung on the roof overhang!!! It’s clearly plastic. Believe it or not that faux nest has stopped them from building on the overhang. He then told me he can’t get up into the arborvitae due to a policy of no ladders. For $70 a month I expect you can pay for the insurance to have your people up on ladders. We cancelled our serv
