I love Gene’s educational videos. He’s always open to clients asking questions and sharing new products. He’s been our pest control provider for 7 years and I’m sticking with him.

Planet Friendly is an awesome company that provides top notch service and is extremely kind to your animals/respectful of your property. I've only had great experiences with this company, and have enjoyed speaking with the technicians when they come out for service. It's clear that these folks hire people who enjoy what they do and like helping you. I live in the woods and use barrier treatments around my home and yard as well as mosquito treatments. All of these have significantly improved quality of life for me and my family when using our outdoor spaces!

In Fall and Winter we always had a major problem with field mice. In Summer we always had a problem with ants. Planet Friendly Pest Control has totally eliminated both of these problems for the past few years. They are professional in the approach and very reasonable in their price for their services..

I had a possible pest question for Gene unrelated to our home but involving my elderly mother’s home and he quickly emailed me back even though he was on vacation. That’s great customer service it was so appreciated

I called around different companies about removing a wasp's nest in my carport. Planet Friendly was the best customer service and also the best price. The owner and the employees were all very responsive and kind. They sent someone the same day and removed the nest without hurting the birds nest around it. Got it done. I needed termite treatment fast to close a house sale. They did it fast. Other companies couldn't even return my calls. I don't know anything about how they save the planet and what they use, and I don't care, it's all a gimmick to me. But I can say they are responsive.

The 1st time I used Planet Friendly Pest Control was for an ant problem. I tried traps and had no success. I have pets, so I wanted a safe and effective solution. The owner Gene, assured me that they could eradicate the ants safely. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained why I was having an ant problem. They used a safe two step process and immediately I saw positive results. I have been using Planet Friendly Pest Control for several years and I am extremely happy with their services and success. Since using their services I have seen a significant decrease in spiders, ticks, bees, and seasonal pests. They are super friendly and professional. I always recommend Planet Friendly Pest Control to my clients and friends, especially those with pets. The products they use are safe for pets and the environment.

We have been so satisfied since we started receiving seasonal perimeter treatments from Planet Friendly Pest Control. We live on a wooded property and would have really gross wolf spiders among other creepy crawlies ending up in the house all the time, which made it hard for me to ever feel truly at ease. But in between treatments, we rarely have issues and definitely have peace of mind. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been extremely friendly, professional, considerate, helpful, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

I really wanted to give them a try but found them near impossible to get a hold of. That was fine, I was willing to wait as I just purchased a new home and wanted to get on a regular pest control schedule with the most eco-friendly options available. However, I was weary that if I ever had a pest emergency I wouldn't be able to get a hold of anyone quickly, but Planet friendly had great reviews online, so I hoped they would be better once I was a client on a treatment service schedule. Initially their 800 number was never able to connect to me anyone. I tried a few days later and after waiting for almost 30 min I got an agent yay! The agent was not able to give me much information as he claimed he wasn't an expert but would send my info to one of the experts to get the best plan. Fair enough, I appreciated his honesty and looked forward to the follow up call I was told would come from an expert in the next business day. A few business days go by and I don't hear from anyone. I decide to keep waiting because maybe they just have a hard time fitting in new clients. Finally, I receive a call and have a great phone call with an expert and he assures me I'll be fit into the schedule. Unfortunately, a storm came through the next day and they cancelled. That is totally understandable and I was sent an email and text, which I appreciated. I then texted the tech back and let him know my availability. He informed me he was figuring out how to shift the schedule. I let him know that I was free pretty much anytime the following week and to just let me know when he could come out. I didn't hear back so I sent a follow up message today. I received no reply. Trying to get their services has now been an over 2 week project and im really quite disappointed. I hope the disconnect is just due to them being really busy and hopefully this means many people are choosing eco-friendly pest control. I guess that's great news! I just wish I could've been one of them. One word of advice for the company is just post on your site or let people know when they call that you aren't able to take new clients, then you save everyone time.
