We have been in this house 2 years and continued the previous owner's Paramount Pest Control contract. We have received consistently excellent service for both the pest control and termite service. We need both since we are surrounded by woods. The reps have been efficient, thorough, and friendly. They make sure we are satisfied with their services, and always are ready to answer questions. They will text a few days ahead of time to remind us a tech is coming to make sure it is a convenient time, and they are usually right on time. Keeping the service was a good decision.

I had a ground bee problem that was beginning to get bigger by the day. I searched and found Home Paramount Pest Control. The receptionist, warm and kind, sent an inspector out to my home the following day. Brian was SO kind, professional, knowledgeable, and took to listen to my concerns and properly access the issue. He made me feel like my home was his #1 priority. By the time he left, I gave him the name "Dr. Brian". He wrote the prescription, and Maurice came hours later and applied the medication. Maurice was wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable, and shared each phase of the process with me. The ground bees are gone! After experiencing companies that were beyond unprofessional, Home Paramount is top tier! Their customer service, expertise, kindness, and professionalism speak volumes. I highly recommend!

the worst nightmare of treatment used. 4 applications problem only woresened. I read reviews on BBB after treatment wasn t working and reviews stated service wasn t performed as stated and after MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I believe it! I didn t have pest problem my nieghbor did so it spread to my apt so treatment should ve been successful if it had truly been done. 1st treatment 16 apts done in less than 25 minutes so was treatment complete? 4th treatment 2 apts 2 storage rooms done in 7 minutes flat.. this is an elderly disabled apt complex so mgt and Paramount should be ashamed to leave tenants in such a predicament. Techs were nice but obviously not trained or paid to do job thoroughly if at all . One tenant was smart enough to pay and use Orkin which was immediately successful no call back needed. Sadly not all of us can afford to pay ourselves and I know for a fact our mgt co DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR PROFESSIONAL PEST CONTROL at Jaycee Apts so its its true you get what you pay for! Treatment with hime Paramount started nov 16th here we are going into JAN and problem worse. If you are trusting enough to hire this company I suggest you get info on product being used and actually witness application yourself

Paid up front for 4 traps for 3 skunks on our commerical property. Got 2 traps. Caught 1 skunk the first morning after. Down to 1 trap for 2 days. Multiple calls, didn't get 3 traps until 3rd day of 10 day contract. Oh they also have our gate code and we were told they don't service on the weekend and close the traps. We actually had to be closed that Saturday since its a 1 man show. Now its the 7th,another weekend and our contract expires the 12th. There was another skunk this morning but we still have 1 more that could have been caught this weekend but instead we hope that its caught mon or tuesday

Hi there, I would first like to note that I’ve never posted a Google review before but felt the need to in this situation to hopefully improve the overall communication Home Paramount has with their customers. First off, Home Paramount is our pest control company and we’ve had no problems in that area. The salesmen, staff and team that spray our yard have been very kind. Regarding contract work such as redoing our crawlspace, that is where their communication is lacking. Home paramount was not our most competitive price to complete this work but they confirmed they were able to complete the work before our home appraisal and would arrive Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (appraisal was scheduled for Monday). Wednesday was a no call/no show; I called around 3pm to ask the status and was told they had a few calls outs; I confirmed the work would still be completed by Friday. Friday rolls around and I receive a call in the morning stating they do not have the material to complete the work. I expressed why this was an issue and was told they would do their best to make it work/call me back (I never received a call back). Long story short, I ended up having to move my appraisal. Home Paramount stated “it’s not a big deal your appraiser won’t mind” as if they knew anything about the situation or who I was dealing with. They ended up working Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to complete the work. Throughout the week I called to ask status and if they would be at my house the next day (so I could be sure to leave my door unlocked) and was always told I’d receive a call back. I never received any call backs from Home Paramount, I had to call 2-3 times on average and beg for answers. At the end, the crawlspace looks great and our installers did a great job. However, the process was stressful and dishonest. Be mindful if you are on a time crunch and expect communication if you hire Home Paramount.

My experience with this company was horrible. I needed a birds nest removed from my dryer vent. The estimate given by Mike was over exaggerated when I was told birds carry bed bugs according to The service manager that was not true. When the service tech arrive he talked me through the process but he did not do what he stated he would do . He did not think I was watching him... his partner laughed and stated Daron she caught you red handed and that he needed to complete the job correctly. I was so upset that they would deceive me...Well he eventually completed the job as required but in the process he dropped the brush from the end of his extraction device down my vent. He had no idea how he was going to get the brush out my vent. He called his manager Eric and explained the situation and Eric didn’t realize he was on speaker... he said well did you tell her that the brush fell in her vent and he said yes... This company is very dishonest. I have made several attempts to speak to the regional manager but no one will respond. Stay away from this company. Over priced and deceitful.

We have had them for years. Noticeable differences in pest control from start till now. Free spot service if any pest are found in between treatment which is also nice.

On 6/25/2018 I have started a contract with "Home Paramount Pest Control" in terms of 1 month with possible of extending in to a year. Actual job was performed on 6/27/2018 but... There ads and the web site claim that they are one of the best company with so and so many years of experience all of that is a fake , false and misleading information for the customers. Think about You can not write a review on there web site but yet you can see only a good ones for them really. Well anyway when our "experienced technician" arrived he literally freaked my feature tenant that the house was in a very bad condition and it will take up to 3 months fight with the pest. My tenant called on the very next day and he cancelled the contract that we have signed on the previews day because of that experienced company that cost me $275 for a nonce job poor performance plus 18000 loss of rent lease for an year. For a garnish on top of all that trouble I have called their customer service and that was the poorest experience. Very rood people there so called manger did not listen until the end .... I will never ever use there service again.
