My experience with Fox Pest Control was great! Both Jordan and Tanner were extremely professional, communicative, and speedy when it came to the actual service! They got me in same day as we discussed the plan, which was fantastic! I’d recommend them over larger, less personable companies!

Fox Pest Control has very informed friendly employees. They always explain what they are going to spray, what it will take care of, and how long to keep pets inside after treatment.

Edited to add: when I created this review I was hoping to change it from three stars to 5 after they convinced me to give them another chance. I'm changing it from three stars to 1. Fox Pest really let me down. I was SO unhappy with this business yesterday. I felt I was sold a false bill of goods. I thought I was getting the property line sprayed for ticks, but I saw on security cams that only my house and garage were sprayed. After the most recent service, I noticed I had spiders and wasps, and this is the second time I'd need to call these folks for a follow up appointment to redo their work because it was insufficient, and I just wanted to be done with them. They weren't spraying my property line for ticks, or problem areas where I had ants, like they promised when I first signed the contract, and it just isn't worth the money I'm paying. When I called to cancel my contract, I was told I'd need to speak to a "manager" and would be charged a $250 cancellation fee. That news made me furious. I WAS holding up my end of the bargain. Hearing that made me want to cancel more fervently than how I felt before that news. What a crummy way to handle an unhappy customer. Yesterday, I was told I'd hear from a manager to talk about the contract, but I never got a call. It never happened. I made three calls to try to talk to someone to cancel the contract. No one called me back. I'm giving them another chance after finally speaking to a manager. Customer service is top notch aside from not getting the call back that I was promised yesterday. Those people I reached when I first called several times were stellar. But I'm not convinced that their actual pest removal service is great. UPDATE: They failed at their second chance. No one showed up. No one called to say why they wouldn't be here within the 48 hours I was promised. They talk a good game, but I have spiders, wasps, ants and they serviced my property mid July (it's August 8). I would never recommend this service. They completely dropped the ball with me and I hope to report back to you that after they didn't hold up their end of our contract, they won't soak me for $250 to cancel with them. There are far more reasonably priced services out there. I encourage you to shop around. Photos coming soon.

Excellent service and detailed report. Very professional and safe. Every person identify’s themselves before they get there with a picture and identification. Highly recommend !!

I wanted to leave a 5-star review based purely on the exceptional professionalism of the representative who stopped by today. Sitting outside in 100-degree weather, he patiently walked me through their offerings and company values. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave a genuine handshake when leaving. Even though I passed on signing up today, his outstanding service earned my respect. Fox Pest Control will definitely be my first call if I ever need service down the road!

Absolutely atrocious company. Not up to date on current ordinances. Was told they used all natural materials. Instead they spreads very poisonous pesticides that is harmful to far more than the pests they are trying to kill. Have more bugs and mice since they started and when we tried to cancel it has taken days they make it virtually impossible to do so. Do not recommend.
