I am SO happy that we found you, and Rob came today and was amazing. He explains things in full every step of the way, and was so thorough in doing so many things that I feel sure are going to solve a mouse problem that we had tried to take care of with the hockey puck mouse traps, sachets with different oils that are supposed to keep mice away, plugged in beepers that didn't keep mice away but drove humans crazy with the sound. I love this company already--from the time I called when the gal was so sweet, then talking to Add, then having Rob come and save the day!
