Bugsy's Pest Control

Very poor service I don't use him personally but my Landlord does and frankly the jobs NOT GETTING DONE

Our HOA has used Bugsy's Pest Control since 2021 and have found them to be extremely fair, affordable, and responsive. They've helped eliminate our chronic ant problem and keep our condo association's property mosquito-free. Their prices were much more competitive than the big names, and they gave us immediate results to the point where our spring ant invasions no longer happen.

the absolute genius driving this vehicle with a large trailer thought it would be the best idea to cut DIAGONALLY across a parking lot, nearly hitting my car when I was driving normally on a straight road, as one should. happened at the hannaford in saco. learn how to drive or get into another industry because no wonder your reviews are garbage

Doesn't know the difference between insects, bed bugs vs bat bugs, shows up with only a couple hours notice WITHOUT INFORMING THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF THE APARTMENT HE'S GOING TO. Melted a windowsill. Very unprofessional and unaware of what their doing and what they're supposed to exterminate. DO NOT HIRE!!!! Get a better informed pest control company.

Does not show up on scheduled days. Will absolutely lie to your face. Can not get the job done. Will even say they came when they did not. Most unprofessional place I've ever had to deal with. Do not use! You will regret it.

This is the absolute worst, least responsive pest control company I’ve ever used. I own multiple properties, and use another pest control company for my others. I called Bugsy’s for our condo association to try and save some money versus using Modern Pest. Everything started out ok, but their approach is not effective for rodent control, snap traps with peanut butter. The first time I needed them to come back to add more and reset the ones that had been set off they came, after that I could not get a response. I called many times, sent numerous text messages, with absolutely no response. The voicemail will not accept messages either. We chose & paid for the the 2 visits per year option ($900, which included the cost of the traps & setup). I was told if we needed anything beyond that it was covered & included for 1 year. This was in April. By July they had stopped responding. They even came and sprayed outside in September, but neglected to go into the basement areas to reset the traps. Buyer beware when putting your trust and money into this fraudulent company. Not only will I never recommend them, I will also tell as many people as I can about my experience. Absolutely AWFUL.

I contracted with Anthony from Bugsy’s . He started the job and never finished. They were not thorough. After having a conversation with him, he told me if I didn’t like his services to go pound sand. He hung up on me and will not take my calls. He over charge and stole $700 from me and never finished the service. He would not return the money or my calls. I highly advise not using this company.

Absolutely amazing service from Bugsys Pest! They got rid of my mice & mosquitoes in just a month of doing my service. Thank you
