Bob took a call for help and responded honestly and sincerely; he was flat out but would work me in. He did. His service was thorough and fee very reasonable. I highly recommend PWI. Forget the big firms with 800#’s and customer service reps. Bob is a professional and will do what he says he will do.

Made one call to PWI for n November for some field mice that had moved into my garage for the fall and winter months. Bob stopped in did a quick assessment of the situation for us. He had a solution that worked great and the mice were gone pretty quickly!! Would definitely recommend them for any pest control needs.
