Peter D. comes every 3 months but always tells me to call if I need him sooner for anything! I saw a rat in my yard which os totally unusual and he came right away. I was freaking out! Peter is awesome!

Made 2 appointments for an inspection both days were no calls and no shows. When I called no one could transfer me to a manager they just said we will have them reach out. I never heard from anyone. 2 call representatives we extremely rude when I called and asked where my tech was. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I was wrong. They are horrible to deal with and try to do business with.

I hired Terminix to exterminate 3 bees nest in August. The tried to get rid of them three separate times, only successfully killing one of the three. I called in Dec to cancel the one year contract since they were unsuccessful and I already paid a few hundred dollars for nothing. They told me they would cancel the account however I would still get charged two additional months due to not giving 60 days notice. I would NOT recommend this company! I paid for a service and was not even close to being satisfied with the service I received. NOT a good product and service is substandard for sure.

Wildlife exclusion was expensive and ineffective. Pest control is a scam at $52/mo for 5 minutes of spraying 4x per year. I had to chargeback the monthly payment after they refused to cancel after the exclusion contract ended.

I was prepared to be underwhelmed by a chain pest control company since I got the runaround from other companies I contacted including local options. These guys were great! Cole came to my house to evaluate and provide an estimate. The techs who came out were amazing and spent a full 2 hours addressing the problems. All were polite and knowledgeable. I am duly impressed and grateful since I've been listening to rodents in my walls for 6 mos.

This company is very unprofessional. Our first appointment started off early in day and then was pushed off to late in day. Come time for next month appointment I never heard from the company about an appointment the technician just showed up and then lied and said he called me. So appointment had to be rescheduled. The technician said he would be there the following Monday between 8-10. So I put my yard man off who would have been doing the yard at that time. When 10 came I text the technician to see if he was still coming and he said no it would be between 11-12. No calling to let me know. I will find a more reputable company.

Called about a wasp/hornet problem, was told on the phone that the technicians would be able to take care of my problem and service my building and had scheduled a time for which to do it. Two days later as I'm waiting for a call to confirm that they're on their way I get a call back from them asking me for more details as the person on the phone apparently hadn't taken any notes of my situation. When I explained it again they then tell me that it was in fact NOT possible to remove the wasps/hornets and that they wouldn't be able to service my property. After I had already scheduled my day around them showing up. So not only did they falsely inform me, they then failed to follow up on scheduled plans. I would be cautious when trying to work with them as they seem to have poor communication skills. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They can send you texts and emails about your appointment after the fact, but they can't text or email you that they made one in the first place. Tech showed up at my door at 8am with no prior warning. Said he called me, but I never spoke to him or confirmed an 8am appointment. Rude awakening after a 14 hr shift at work.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The assigned tech to my house never calls me back, I call and call and it goes directly to vm. I leave messages but it doesn't matter. The service I signed up for has unlimited call back visits in between my scheduled services but when I can't even get ahold of Arianna I guess it doesn't matter. I DO NOT recommend using Terminex mainly due to their customer service alone, you'd be better off using anyone else! Funny. After posting this I finally received a call back. Look elsewhere if you want good customer service. P.s. did I forget to mention that this was the 2nd time all this has happened!?!?

I had service quarterly for external only. Received text that wanted to do interior inspection. I was receiving emails about interior inspections but ignored them as I only wanted and needed exterior. This guy texted me saying it was time for my interior/exterior inspection and would not be my normal technician. I replied back "no, exterior only please" he kept sending me texts saying interior too. I said no each time. I have no interior issues and was not having them enter my home. I got so upset I messaged cancel my account immediately. He never responded and today 3 weeks later I got email from terminix about my account which needed my credit card expiration date. The guy never canceled my account so I just called and canceled. Beware....they just want to do interior to con you into more services. Working in pest management in the past I was well aware of what he wanted and was not falling for it. My account is canceled now. I was very happy with my technician that I had the past year for my exteriors. Cannot recommend however due to the male that kept pushing to enter my house and then disregarded my message when I said cancel my account. He never responded to that text. I messaged him today today let him know I canceled because of him and he didn't cancel my account when I requested. He did reply to this one saying "Oh I updated your account to exterior only and not interior." Excuse me. I messaged on May 12 after your multiple pushy texts that you wanted to enter my home for interior inspection and I say "No, exterior only please. No interior inspection." I cannot do business with a company that disregards my wishes as a customer.

Have called brand manager 5+times. No call back or answer despite several messages. Corporate office just gives me branch managers number. Charged me over 5,000 for services not provided. Technician stated my roof needs to be fixed that that’s my issue (never stated by salesmen or management in quotation). Technician said doing this work would be a waste of money. I’m still paying monthly and they refuse to do the work or return money for work not done. Have called hundreds of times. This company does not work for or care for the customer. They see dollar signs on sales and could care less about resolving your issues. Would not recommend Augusta Maine branch to my worst enemy at this point. Beyond disappointed being a repeat customer that this branch is so awful to deal with.

Signed up for a service plan. Scheduled our first visit and they no showed but still charged my credit card. Fine, you get a chance to make it right. Called and was told that service manager would call me back. Never got a call so I called back again to the contact center (not the Augusta office directly) and was told that the service technician would be visiting that afternoon. My wife cancelled her plans with our kids to wait, and no one showed up. Never got a call from the manager and the technician no showed. At this point I am just cancelling my service. Sort of disappointed as I was looking forward to this service. I'll have to contact a different company at this point.
