I have to agree with the previous comment that was made. We have been Modern customers for years now. As long as you don't have a problem, allow them to show up when it's convenient for them and allow them to deduct their payment every month, everything is fine. Should you need them for anything ...forget it. They send email "Service Reminders" letting you know when they plan to come spray ... sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't. Not very happy with my last service on Saturday the 10th of July. Please do not ever send that tech to my house ever again. As soon as my contract for tick and mosquitoes is over I will be cancelling my other service as well. They are not customer friendly. It's all about the money for them.
