“I used to be able to call this company and get one person on the phone that would answer all my questions to billing, services, and scheduling. Now that’s not possible. Had a billing issue where they were trying to double bill me and billing said they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. They also said someone would contact me to set up a service date, but they never did. Someone just showed up to perform the service and when they did made a mess. Kicked the mulch out of flower”
