If I could give ZERO stars I would. My mom has been using them for years yet her yard constantly is full of weeds. They come 5 times a year AND have to come between treatments because whatever they do doesn’t work (if it did then they wouldn’t have to come between treatments). They came on August 5, 2025 and last week (less than a month after treatment) the yard was FULL of weeds. When she called to tell them they needed to come and re-treat she was informed that she would have to upgrade to the 8 times a year plan to get no charge visits between treatments. She has never received anything saying that was changing. But that’s beside the point…if what they do works then they wouldn’t need to come back less than a month later. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! This company is a scam and I’m pretty sure they just water the dam grass when they come because what they claim to be doing clearly doesn’t work. They are over priced considering their treatments don’t work and the customer service is horrible. Stay away!

I have used the service for the last few years but this year they missed the boat. My yard looks terrible. Brown spots, weeds and other concerns. Yard looks worse than neighbors and they spray nothing. Waste of money this year. Shame

No weeds or clover, so great job there (thus 2 stars). Grass has dead spots and not thick. Both neighbor yards doing well, and neither neighbor uses a service. I do not recommend.

I’ve called and texted but all I get is emails saying they will send my name to someone else and still nothing. The grass is knee deep and can’t get no one to help cut it must be democrats

Called on Monday and I was told they could not give a quote by phone due to the trees on my property. I then was told somebody would contact me to set up a in person quote. After not hearing from them I called back on Wednesday to be informed there was a typo with my phone number. It’s the end of the week and still no contact so I guess they have all the customers that they can handle. Guess I’ll try somebody else.
